- Sailing my all wood Bearospace Pilot Cutter with some friends on a blustery day in September 2022, until a thunderstorm put an end to it all.
This boat just loves rough weather, just as the original pilot cutters did back in the day.
Allow me to be the first to show my appreciation for this, your first production. Very well orchestrated and thoroughly entertaining.
Thank you, Mal!
Great build there my friend she looks beautiful and handles really well too, as i right this im building two of them, i had enough materials so i thought why not, i shall one and my the other.
Thanks, and good luck to you. You will enjoy sailing this boat. As you can see, a sudden thunderstorm broke up this sailing session.
Barely made into my car before it started
It actually feels as though we're aboard her. Fabulous. I'll share this with fellow members of our Windermere model boat club. Many thanks, Richard
Thank you!
That is the result I was aiming for. So glad they invented these little high-quality video cameras.
I'm working on some more videos.
@@RMCPL I shall look forward to seeing those. If possible could you include some filming from the shore? Many thanks. Peter
Good idea!@@Lanes-Explorer5733
Well done ! 'Karen E' looking good ! Fantastic how this video has captured the sounds of wind and waves.
Thank you, Gary, so glad you designed this boat.
I like your sloop design too!
Well done !
A real masterpiece of engineering! I subscribed to your channel!
Thank you.
Glad you liked it.
This is lovely! You've done an amazing job. Came across your video looking for inspiration - I'm in KW and am building an Annie, which will be my first Bearospace boat. Would love to sail together once it is complete.
Your "first Bearospace boat".
That sounds like you are hooked!
I definitely am! It's coming together nicely and it is easier than I thought it would be. What a great design!
Nice ship, built an Emma winter 22 and a Irene winter 23, may give this a go in 24, Cheers.
Contrary to what my wife says, you can't have too many sailboats!
Nice!
Thanks!
