She’s kinda rude and sadistic in the early but time after time she can understand how painful and strong subaru was. Rem was my first waifu and i think it’s fuckin disappointment how the author make her AFK just like that. Bring back my Rem and her beautiful smile please author sama🥹

It's to avoid automatic copyright detection. If a bot detects the song, it will terminate the video and possibly the channel. Adding the extra bit at the end is necessary unfortunately.
@@Therius Does it really help that much? I've had things copyrighted from snipets of audio and songs detected when its only used in a small section of the video. The audio pattern is there regardless of if there's added audio at the end or not. Thats why people usually mess with speed and pitch effects to stop detection. Not sure how much an outro helps when the song itself is unedited. Theres lots of channels that don't do them but maybe you're right, and if so, fair play to them... Doesn't make it any less annoying! 😢

When I've asked other channels in the past, they said the outro music works better against automated bot reviews, not manual people reviews. But I definitely agree it is very annoying, the only way I've figured around it is to download the video and trim it yourself, which is very time consuming and not good for making playlists like you mentioned.
