Once you are mentally numb enough after the 10th game thrown by your team in the most retarded way even tho there was million warning coming from you, keep on playing and doing all of those things and some day you will get to increase your MMR and bracket.

Fact is you dedicate your brain to support, while enemy supports 90% of the time are supporting to get more role queue games to go back to carry and have no idea what they're doing and you end up out supporting them which is huge. That's how it is up until high Legend. Also muting everybody is such a toxic trait. Mute people as you go in game if they're whiners. Also fact is, if you do all the above then one of your cores decides to throw you can't do anything about it, even as a core you can't do anything about it, climbing is dumb luck nowadays unless you're so skilled you crush every lane and snowball.
