Crazy thing is that Rob trained for months to get ripped just for a 2 minute joke. Now that’s dedication.
It's like the most IASIP thing ever, Mac did the getting ripped running gag for 13 seasons, but when he finally got ripped, he realized that the others never cared.
To be fair he did gain the benefit of being ripped in real life as a bonus

I read this like five times before I figured I should pause between "around" and "the others".
They all have psychopathic tendencies by default, just not as bad as Dennis.

You really gotta give Rob a medal for the amount of work he puts on his body.. He was normal at the start of the series, he became chunky on purpose for the show's writing later on, and now he get's ripped for the show even more. That's dedication for not only his acting career but for the show itself.

He said on instagram that for 6 months he worked out 5 hours a day, ate nothing but his nutritionist told him to and was miserable all for that scene. He said it's not realistic for normal people to do that.
