Way ahead of you! ;) I never did a masters so can't help from experience. But having interviewed students, treat it like a cross between an undergraduate and a job interview depending on how much it's taught vs project based. Be clear why you want to do it, why you are the best person to do it, and why the place you are applying to, and people you are applying to work with are the best place to do it and people to work with.
