@@brookeprola yes, but you can scale it up if you go to "image size" and change the size as well as how many pixels you want it to show, if you look at the bottom of that little menu there should be a little box with something like " bicubip linnear" you can change that to " nearest neighbour" and that will make it pixely regardless of size

But the technique i use only works for photoshop, if you don't have i think it's better if you look it up yourself
