On some builds I really value increased minimum damage over a plain average damage increase. Whirlwind comes to mind, but also Vengeance. Enemies in Diablo 2 tend to spawn in packs with similar hit points so it's fluent and efficient if you need the same number of attacks to kill what's in front of you.
Damage to undead and demons is calculated at the same time as all of the other ED, but of course only against the appropriate enemies, so it won't show in sheet damage.

Stuff like Damage to Demons and Undead is just a separate additive right not multiplier?
