The linkage attached to the lever looks like the weak point on this instead of cycling from the attached end of the lever like rifle lever action guns. I was kinda interested until I saw this bar linkage.
@@mikelarue7750 The Price is the reason, 400 after everything at the moment. Its basically you blog standard pump action with a lever in place of the pump. Uses alot of standard pump parts and that includes the bolt and reciever. The cheapest way to attach the bolt to the level is the linkage, which is something some very gone lever guns, like the Savage 99, used for a very long time. It works, and it s basically primary a range toy with some hunting and self-defense. Not a workhorse like a Mossberg. But well its a 400 buck shotty, it cheap enough TO be a range fun gun.
@teapot2_1 I was worried about that. I remember reading reports about the Black Aces lever action 12G having some issues. What have you heard about this one?
What’s the point of doing a “500 round burn down”, it serves no real purpose other than James proving his gun bro coolness. If you ever have the need to run 500 consecutive rounds through a shotgun then you have bigger worries than it’s reliability.
@JoeSmith-fu9yx I will only the internet trolls once today. It may not be important as electrical cords or car frames for durability, but finding points of failure tells you what you need to look out for in casual use as well. Where to check or take extra care. It's not about being "cool" as you put it. But should it survive such abuse, it only furthers value. Plus, it's lever action, so I'm damned curious how that would go mechanically speaking.
@@JoeSmith-fu9yx it proves the gun will be reliable throughout its life span? I have thousands of rounds through my maverick 88 and its given precisely zero problems.

Honestly i don't buy guns because of the changing sound or functions they have. This is a nice looking shotgun at a great price, that being said...... DOES IT WORK, HOW DOES IT SHOOT, DOES IT LAST???...... I've read reviews that this EG-220 lsats 700 rounds without issues but I've read more reviews stating that it only lasted a few rounds before it broke..... HOW DOES IT WORK???!!!!
Turkish Shotgun lol. As someone online once said: " import companies setup shop, import identical shotguns with different names, and then disappear to form another company when their reputation is in the toilet"
Honestly every since I had seen Terminator 2 for the first time as a kid. I have always wanted a lever action 12 guage
Yea, especially the "'lever action" one
@@ordinaryman4283thats exactly what the OP said
Full length mag tube would awesome
I wonder if the stock is replaceable with any third party stocks for Benelli, Remington or Mossberg
Have you found out if it is?

I thought the same exact thing. I wonder why it has to have that when other lever guns don't.

A steel heat shield option would make this gun look better.
Need the all black EG-240 back in stock!
Just picked up mines yesterday
Can you add an extension tube on it to hold more rounds? If so what kind?
Nice, never seen a beautiful Shotgun like this 😍
Very cool looking Shotgun but does it work ? I'm sure Clint would love to make that video Thanks CF
Yes. It thumps nicely. I can imagine it will be an effective intruder deterrent.
Is it available in 20ga?
I hate reviews without shooting
It looks cool, but is it reliable and durable?
Fuck no.
@teapot2_1 I was worried about that. I remember reading reports about the Black Aces lever action 12G having some issues. What have you heard about this one?
Need a video with the club stock on it, gotta see if its possible to flip cock it, or no buy.
How do you disassemble the shot gun? The pins will not punch out?
If someone wants to put a synthetic stock on it like a magpul is it a Remington or Mossberg or how about Henry lever action after market .
Magpul doesn't make lever action furniture, and Remington doesn't make lever actions.
So that means, more budget one than this one is still the Black Aces Tactical Lever Shotgun then.. 🤔🤔
PANZER ARMS EG-220!
Any idea what the length of pull on that stock might be?
But how well does it work? If I do a 500 round burn down will it last, especially with a variety of ammo?
