ooooof i feel like i should give u context on case file compendium/bab before u get into it lol 2ha and yuwu are 2 of my fav danmei series ever and i was so surprised why bab wasn't hitting so i went to search! for the most part, the story is a lot more explicitly rough and a bit mean-spirited, which is supposedly because meatbun was writing it when she was having problems with jjwxc (the site her novels are hosted on) and hate comments so she was probably writing out of a lot of spite? and that showed with how extreme and illogical some scenes were... like shit was way more than 2ha 💀 but don't let me stop u from reading it, just take this as a warning so u can prepare urself bc it's a LOT
