Hold on so how your device missed the part when says need the 2.4 g won't work with 5g ...that's the reason I watched your video because can't scan mine ..

I would have to rewatch now lol. Normally the message says it only works with a 2.4GHz WiFi connection which is most common. The 5Ghz it is talking about is a faster band of Wifi used by routers and phones. It is more expensive for that Antenna so most smart devices only work with a 2.4GHz wireless. (Which everyone has)

Try to disable your cell phone data and add the camera back.
