So very kind of you to share this.
Get the guy who read 20,000 leagues under the sea to redo this
I am 3 hour in and I have not had any reader problems.
I like her voice fine. And I appreciate that she did this work.
Her voice is fine especially during this dialouge.
two hours 35 minutes forty-five seconds
The voice, if only sightly nuanced is more than equal to the task. Nay saiers should reflect that clarity is often preferred over a softer but more dramatic rendition.
Thank you
any one who would complain about this reader is a very poor listener she does a good job
if you dont like her read and record it yourself
Great book!
2:28:58 The sealers club seals in Norway as well.

Ant Poo People love complaining! Haven’t you noticed?

This is a good book Jules verne is a deadly author. 20000 leagues under the sea is awesome.btw this narrator isn't perfect but not so bad once u acclimatize yourself to her.

Chapter 8: Bound for the Falklands
What's a finx??
prettygrunt thank you
The male counterpart of a Minx!
Well read, but all male characters with a female voice does not make sense.
Sounds like bad AI to be…
Providence isn’t Connecticut’s capital. It isn’t even in Ct., it’s in Rhode Island!!
Which isn't even an island, WTH!
@@daveybernard1056 nor is it a road...
wrong voice for this, sorry but unable to listen
Wrong comment to get so many likes. Negativity plague.
Reader is atrocious. This is a great story but I can't listen to this robotic voice, its just horrendous.
Read the book. You can read all his works on kindle for.50 cents. All his works in a collection
I am ready to look and see if you have better content on your channel.. oh wait.. no content... Maybe you read for 8 hours for free and see if you could do better before you talk shit next time
Although I very much appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes into recording an entire book, I’m afraid that this reader’s voice is wrong for the book. She not only has a sing song type of voice, she mispronounces many of the words, which for me is annoying. Thanks anyway
word
enjoying so much...thank you..however such a longgggggggg nonalog simular to others....it would be good for the listener to have had another reader too....
Good story
Bad narrator
Doesn’t fit the context
2 hours twenty-two minutes forty-seven
Chapter Nine
Only Caucasians appreciate this reading..
Because she can pronounce the word ask ?
I always like the narrator to be male.
An 'Ant - Arctic' mystery ? ha ha
I enjoyed the reading for the first 2 hours then it just became a monotonous story of the person who wanted to prove interested in the purpose of investigating that which wasn't understood. Then it seemed to just become a log of everyone's interested involvement of the story to be understood. I grew very bored with the premise bit I often miss the initial point of most interesting works of literature. If I were to be devoid of amy brilliant purpose please advise as this would help me to develop an interest in things already discredited.
Jesus! Not this reader again! Ugh. Finx?
I don't like her pacing. It's not read naturally, but her voice is fine. Anyway, it's librivox, will you volunteer to record it yourself?
ugh 🙄😝😩
For God's sake get a decent reader.
There are a lot of stories a woman is not well suited to narrate. THIS is one of them. Duh
Robot would read this book better
I didn't like the voice, the manner of reading
much to robotic. Doesn't do justice to the story and the writer. Spite of the remendous effort. someting essential 's missing
.
Stood about 5 minutes of this then had to go ! the narrator is awful !! absolutely no feeling or emotion at all totally bland !
