I have to say, Station Wagons are also nice options for a sort of road trip car. A bit old fashioned compared to the modern trend of Crossover/MPV/SUV, but cars like the Subaru Levorg are pretty nice, and are a lot more sporty than the classic station wagons.
Im driving a levorg and I totally agree here. The smiles per gallon are worth it!

Can attest to that CX8, been to Baguio, Quezon province, and back to back trips from both the north and south Luzon barely with fatigue at all. Best bang of the buck for PPV money
