@@juliandavies1974 smart phones had existed for years when this was filmed. The phone he is using is a Nokia 6210 which came out in 2000.

Difference is his TT bike has around 185BHP, this bike has 500+ BHP

By the bloody stars, I had no idea the pikes peak bike was so full on brutal. I knew it needed higher air intake to run at altitude, but that is a truly monstrous beast. Fanbloodytastic Guy, it would make me tremble for sure Lad.
Still gives me goosebumps watching this.

Not really 2019 but a few years back, but I used to own a keypad phone worth $10 for unlimited texting and calls along with my S9 back then.
It was filmed I think in 2014 but yeah bit mad
its as good safety feature you can crash with your bike over 120 mph and brick phone still works.... those new ones break in your pocket if you squat down...

Brick phones are the size of a brick and run on the old analog system. Guy's phone is smaller than yours and is digital.

@@dennislane100 depending on where you live in the United States, you may or may not have even noticed a difference in day-to-day life short of a few people wearing masks. I spent three years working about 45 minutes outside of London. That was the most Constrained I’ve ever felt in my entire life. You Nigel sure love your rules
