Hey Sajal, I suspect that the reason you have been refused twice is not because of the Embassy that you are applying at but instead the documents you are submitting being both the right documents and including enough evidence that you have the financial proof and travel proof that you are returning back home.

For your situation, it seems you need to apply for the 'tourism' Schengen Visa with potentially a multiple entry (depending on the amount of countries you are going to see). As you are seeing and staying with a friend, they will need to write a Schengen Invitation Letter for you. And as your farther will be sponsoring you, you will need him to write a sponsor letter, provide 3 months of his personal bank statements, provide proof of income (eg, last few payslips), etc. This is the best starting point. Also, with the current restrictions due to COVID-19, just be sure to note that you can only apply 6 months prior to your departure date. Hope it helps and let us know how you go :)

There is a chance that you could be approved, as long as you show strong evidence as to "WHY" you need to return back to your country of residence. If you provide evidence of long-term employment, approved leave from the employer, or even if you attend school as well. Just show anything else besides "your word" or a "statement" that you will return and it will assist with your application. Include certified copies of any previously approved visas (ideally a previously approved Schengen visa), if you have an online job and which is why it is not 'registered' I recommend you to include payslips and details of your employer (even though it is a virtual job, they can still provide you with approved leave requests, payslips, etc), with your land include any plans or permits you have recently had approved to show you are building a house to return to and another recommendation is to potentially register to a school now so that you can include it in your application (there are some more affordable courses that are not too expensive), outlined any older family member or child that you need to return to help support, etc - once you have found some from the above that you can include, my last recommendation would be to include everything you can and submit your application, as you have done the best that you can.
