Hi Carlos ! Thanks for this review ! Would you do a Top 10 best sparring set ?? That would be amazing
Thank you Carlo
Can you a top 10 best sparring gloves or top 10 best overal gloves list
Please 🙏🏼
He should also do a new top 10 best bag gloves
Good job bro all vidéo is good quality and i enjoy to watch it 👍😊
Thank you so much 😀
ur the best ❤
Hi pare, how does this compare with the Bayoneta premiums for bag and mitt work? I bought the Bayonetas based on your reviews and loving them so far. But you seem to highly rate this glove, and I am intrigued lol
Man tried these SF-H on in store recently and man they feel great. JMO rivals best glove also. I was suprised with the padding on 16oz (before breaking in tho so padding will end up softer) has a lot of compression because its very thick. I wasnt expecting this much compression/protection from a soft horsehair glove, awesome feedback. Real nice. Bring money, I dont really like the HDE-F, but i love this glove.
Good stuff
hey thanks for sharing your opinion because now i know which gloves to get next
Carlo if you get the chance could you review the new Messenger gloves? They look too good to be true for 150$
I have the rival guerro pfp edition which is supposedly the same as the hdef. The padding is super soft. But from people I've talked to the hdef padding is firmer despite rival saying they're the same
🥊👍🏼
These sound heaps better than hde-f. Like i havnt used the hde-f but tried em on in store & know their new not broken in but i though the finger compartment was shorter, foam stiff & a bit thin for 16oz (i felt they had thinner foam than bgv5 in 14oz and stiffer than a new bgv5 I thought). They had the newer p4p-v there and that was longer in fingers and softer foam felt great. Maybe was just an odd pair but i was a bit suprised.
Should do a video with all your gloves laid out in order of worst to best gloves
That’s an unreasonable request
@@Notfakeultra I disagree, if he did a S,A,B,C,D, tier, and just went through each glove he owns, it would definitely be a reasonable task.
@@marshallmaia8130 he has most likely hundreds of gloves given how long he’s had this channel. Thats pretty unreasonable
@@Notfakeultra he can do multiple videos, I''m not sure why you think this is an unachievable task just because it wouldn't be easy. Maybe from your perspective, it seems unreasonable, but from my perspective, I would enjoy doing this.
Hey Carlo I have a question. I'm debating between the Fly Superlace X and these gloves (Rival RFX Guerrero SF-H Sparring Gloves). I recently realized I really like horsehair padded gloves and ever since then I actually really don't like gloves with stiff padding. So which one would you recommend?
I’m a new beginner are these gloves perfect for both sparring and bag/pad work or would you go with the RS1000 sparring gloves or would it be a matter of own preference
Do you think the HDE-F Model would be good at 12 Oz? Asking for sizing as well
How would you compare these, fly x, winning, and phenom, or any other you think are on the same level
I don’t see a hook and loop version of this gloves on their website.
ive been looking around for a solid pair of gloves as a bd gift for my boss who does kickboxing in his free time, he does do sparring and bag work so i'm not sure what gloves would be good for both i prefer to not go over 150$ your revieuws have been helpfull to get some suggestions but i'm still all over the place.
RingToCage C17’s are great. I had a pair I used everyday for kickboxing including Dutch drills (you use the gloves like mitts) and they held up well. They run 99.99 I believe
hi, how's the horsehair pad holds up over the time? is it better from the hde f version? or worse?
is the leather on the palm as thin as some people say it is?
How do you feel these stack up against the Phenoms?
Which one would you recommend between Rs11V and Rs100 for Bag+Sparring, and 14 or 16 ounces?
Bro you need to try the 20th anniversary RS1 gloves. Unreal gloves.
What’s the difference between the regular RS1 gloves?
I'll check it out
@@MALuis-lw5insame, i already asked them.
@MALuis-lw5in the leather is synthetic in the regular RS1. The 20th anniversary RS1 uses full grain leather. I got both but purchased the full grain RS1 before they pulled them off and re-released them this year for the anniversary edition.
These in 12oz, or the fight glove for bag and mitt work ?
Which are better the sf h or the hde f?
These or Phenom SG-210? Thank you as always!

Rival sfh or bayoneta premium?
Question: What kind of tape do you use to secure the tied knots on the Lace n Loop’s??
Unfortunately, they actually don’t have these available in the velcro v-strap system(just the P4P Edition but I hate those color ways) so I’m gonna try my first ever lace ups with these.
I double knot mine
lace ups are just better, the dumb v strap system doesnt let you do any defense because the piece of plastic on it bumps into your face
How does it compare with the Fly Xs which are also soft sparring gloves?
I prefer these over the fly
Sadly I have to retire my Reyes, I’m stuck between these and the RS100s, which ones would you recommend?
These
could the glove be used for extended bag work, as well as a kind of main glove?
Hello csquared i have a quesitons venum elite or impact
Impact
If you had to choose between these or a pair of the 1v1 Ark-1 what would you go for ? Thanks

Thank you.
These vs the fly premium Lightning you recently reviewed?

Why?
This kind of padding was what Everlast MX 2 training gloves was originally advertised and should have achieved but unfortunately not....
Do you prefer the SF-H gloves more than the P4P Guerrero gloves you reviewed a few years back?
I do
Many thanks for the quick reply! 👍🤗🙌
Any particular reason? I'm considering grabbing a pair of these, however, I like gloves with a slimmer profile, and it looks like the SF-H might be a bit bigger than the P4P or the HDE-F. @@csquaredboxing
These or bayoneta premium
Hey Carlo, irreverent question but between the RIVAL RS1 ULTRA SPARRING GLOVES 2.0 and the RIVAL RS100 PROFESSIONAL SPARRING GLOVES which has the more roomy hand compartment, which one is better for wide/ large hands? Thanks 🙏
The rs1 2.0 have a pretty small hand compartment vs say an Everlast Powelock 1. The rs1 2.0 also has very dense foam. For some it might be okay for sparring or training but either my knuckles stick out too far or I hit too hard. I still prefer the Everlast Powerlock 1s for the price, especially a discount price. You sometimes get deformed ones like one looking different shape than the other but overall they are my go to gloves. The rs1 2.0 have a light feel for sparing bc of the wrist support though. I wouldn’t want to get hit by em though tbh. Btw I’m referring to the lace up version of the Powerlock.
@Jaydogg209 I want to use them for heavy bag work, I wanted to use them with the winning knuckle guards and was planning to get them in 18oz and that’s why I was asking about the hand compartment and if it had a roomy hand compartment, so what do you think? Would 18oz have enough room to wear if I have large hands and using knuckle guards or do they run too tight? Let me know please, thanks
@jesusfonseca654 I've never used the 18 oz version so can't say. All I know is I hate those gloves haha. For bag work they remind me of the ringside apex sparring gloves feel like injected foam. They kinda spring back when hitting the bag and don't have that feedback or pop I like. 99 to 100% of the time any "new" design is garbage. Just stick to the old fashioned design and shape glove like a winning or Everlast Powerlock if you wan't that roomy feel. I'd get yourself some winning handwraps though they are the best for comfort and will help u fit your hand. I prefer to do like 5 laters over the knuckle then wrap the rest of hand. For you with bigger hands I'd buy two sets of winning handwraps. Not sure if they offer a longer version.
@Jaydogg209 I get you, and I have the rival rfx Guerrero p4p sparring glove in 16oz and love the feel of it and csquare said the rival rs1 2.0 has a very comfortable feel and makes a great fist, I generally really like the products rival has so I’m pretty sure I’ll like the gloves but the thing is I’m afraid they’ll be too tight with winning knuckle guards on ect, for reference I currently have Cleto Reyes training gloves in 12 oz and with the knuckle guards it’s just too tight and uncomfortable even tho the Reyes are already broken in, maybe I’ll give the Everlast a shot, thank you for your feedback
@jesusfonseca654 they were out of stock the other day when they had the Everlast sale. Csquare was the reason I bought the Rival rs1s. The Guerrero I've heard are really good and these he's reviewing now look nice. Once again the Everlast is just better for the price and if you mess em up or flatten them out just buy another set. I'm afraid to spend so much on winnings or even these rivals bc I'm very picky with the quality control if I can't send em back and they cost that much. Winnings are apparently unmatched in quality but I won't take my chances at that price.
Are these gloves better or the winning sparring lace/velcro gloves ?
I prefer these a little bit more
Thanks!
Should I get these in 20 Oz for training and sparring, amateur
Sure
These vs hayabusa lace up pros? I’m about to buy one or the other

These or the cleto reyes traditional training gloves?

These or Hit N Move Balance? Thx!
These
Velcro version any good though?
Probably
I’m already at 200$ debating on the hit n move or phenom 210, should I just get these Rex Guerrero instead?
And mk1. Carlo, please. We need an answer. You answer I buy it without any hesitation that's how we trust your expertise
Personally, the Mk1, phenom, and then hit n move.
Mk1 has the better hand compartment and the softer puncher feedback from the padding.

@@csquaredboxing would you say the Guerreros have a deeper finger compartment? And is it worth the price difference?

Glad you changed your saying up a bit.
These or 1v1 arks?? Anybody

The one thing i dont like about rivals (and hear me out) is that they look TOO clean. Like winnings look clean and have the least impurities but the leather still looks like real leather. Something about rivals look almost unreal if that makes any sense.
