The thing about design patents is that they have in some countries less duration of protection than patent

Can I ask about the procedure in the US , does ur offices look for the novelty and uniqueness of a design? Or just check for if their is no similar design?

As Kevin said, design patents are easily obtained.
And can merely be the lower budget beginning, then ironing it out and following up with utility patent.

You would have to ask the firm about their fees that is chasing companies that are infringing.

@@inventRight right but in the video is he talking about doing a full blown lawsuit to go after them? If so then that costs millions and takes 3 years to get to trial, so how would he be able to immediately take down other Amazon sellers? All that's mentioned is he gets an 'injunction"

If you’re having a patent attorney file this for you, they must be registered with the US PTO.
