Hello Stephen. I am not an inventor in any way. My father passed away in 2015 from cancer. When his health started to fail, I was determined to find a way for him to be able to enjoy the sport that he loved most by inventing something that would allow him to do what he loved the most. He was able to use the first prototype in trial and then not long after that, it stopped working and he passed away so I hung it on the wall, I was so proud. I got it back down not too long ago and started working on it again in his memory. I started a second prototype and in the process I decided to go a different direction for the third time. I know nothing about designing much less mechanical operations, but I am smart enough to understand that if it don't work the first time, go back to the drawing board and start over. I created my invention for the physically handicapped by changing the actual operation of another patented product. Most everything is rechargeable today, so why not make this rechargeable. I have searched the market to no end and there is no product out there like mine. My dream is to have the very first one to hand down to my future generations and be able to help the physically handicapped enjoy the sport like they should. Destiny is calling, hoping to chat with you soon!!

What book was that when you said “powerful words?!
I’m not sure. Can you please tell me where do I mention this? Just give me a time on the video.
I think it’s within the first 20 minutes- and you’re talking about the power of words…and you flash a book up to the screen. But it’s fast, and I tired going back several times but it’s too quick to catch on pause.
It’s at 21:15 on video
And you’re answering a question from a designer talking about hiring a marketing expert to do the Cell shit can you go on from there?!
I’m sorry I don’t know
Please HELP with my product but already got taken for my money from a company with a name similar to yours and got nowhere but a big monthly bill?
It’s very unfortunate. It’s always important to do your homework.
Hi there, Deon here i have a functional prototype ready for demo which does what no current dishwasher does which personally i think is a must have in the public domain like hotel and restaurants who do you suggest i approach thanks for your informative content
Make sure you do your homework!
Hi guys, I'm watching your videos recently, and you guys are a perfect example of Over-delivering!
I have a question...
I have an invention related to technology and require materialistic side, and a technical side.
I decided to sell it to a tech giant, I selected one and created the product, made ads directly related to their brand.
And also took their name and created a marketing sentence which is directly related to their brand.
I also put their company logo on the ads that will be shown to them...
Do you think that this is a smart move?
Also, 47:09 : Who's the one I should contact? I mean, which department?
Thanks!
No, I don’t think it’s smart.
@inventRightTV thanks! I managed to change the device ads.
I'm glad I asked you before the call 😁

Is it important to have a LinkedIn account?
Yes!
@@inventRight Thanks for the reply. Means I have another duck to get in a row🤔. Have avoided social media media like a plague, though have used internet since 1995, computers since mid 1970.
What if your product is not patented?
Most ideas that get licensed don’t have an issue patent.
This a right company now too hold my idea oky lets share in people's around me😊 I trust ted much 😊
Who do i got to first. ?
Będę tak długo się dobijać do Ciebie aż zareagujesz ❤❤❤❤❤

I've found an interested company but don't know how to protect myself from being taken to the cleaners .I lost one Idea to a manufacturer that said oh no that won't work but put it on the assembly line 2 weeks later.
Looks like you’re going to need a little help.
@@inventRight probably but listen to what was said and was very interested in the licensing idea . will be listening even closer next video
👍
Thank you for imparting your wisdom unto us aspiring inventors. Given I have no mentor, and am new to this, this channel is fairy dust.

why would a comany liscence your invention if you dont have an official patent yet
And why shouldn't you patent something can it don't want to give it to somebody to steal it from you and then try to sue you for
Keep watching the videos. it’s very important for you to understand the pros and cons of intellectual property. Patents are wonderful. But only gives you the right to sue and that’s extremely time-consuming and expensive.

Can you talk more about intellectual property for toys ?
It’s not required for most toy companies.
The best policy before submitting your toy invention is to ask them ,
I know so much that my invention is a winner bc videos of it have gone viral w nearly 20M views and I’m afraid someone else will make it! What do I do?! I made the prototype and I don’t want to license it bc I don’t want to leave the profits on the table!
Hopefully you protected it.
Can you help me license my product?
I asked 2 questions
Make it yourself.
Gdzie jesteś nawiąż proszę ze mną kontakt❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What the hell is licensing
Good question watch more videos!

Another puzzling invention :
US 9366404B1 Led strip with battery and controller.
The claims covers just that. Its not to do with the controller nor adhesive nor led . Why is it awarded a patent? Such products available all over the net . Is awarding patents at the discretion of the patent examiner?😅
Yes
@@inventRight Hi Stephen, do you find the first claim anything inventive?

Hello my friend I came up with a item and I just started working with inventionhome the have the pattern lawyers help with marking and everything that makes it work , is this a good idea ? It starts at $299 and most $4800 and u get all this up front cost back when they get you hooked up with a buyer . They get 10% I get 90%
Please do your homework.
Things to always consider, when working with someone. Also look for red flags.
Always type in google complaints and lawsuits. Extremely hard to hide these days.
Are they on social media?
If you’re not on social media, there’s a reason why.
Current testimonials. Always make sure they have social proof.
Are they endorsed by the US PTO?
Thank you so much.
Stephen
What if your good at marketing and know how to develope and manufacture your product cheap! With the internet we able to reach millions of people not just a company that has 20,000 stores There are so many Online tools to look at sales data to hit your target audience Facebook Adds,Instagram Adds, Amazon,Ebay basicly im saying the person knows what there doing and can get it to the audience online. The question is wich is best and why Licensing Deal or doing it yourself with the above being said?
Yes, inventors have many tools to sell a product themselves, but so do everyone else. Licensing is without out a doubt the easiest and lowest risk way to go.
