Thanks bro I appreciate it! I’m trying to gain some speed and up the intensity when I ride. I really got to work on being more confident in my ability to ride. That holds me back a lot but I’m working on it and it’s getting better

Thank you! It’s really fun there. They’re open a few days a week. It’s open all year round but, during the summer they have an outdoor track they run. How’s the riding in Ireland? I’d definitely recommend coming to check it out if you get a chance to! 💪🏾👍🏾👊🏾✊🏾
