David, many of the architectural features remind me of the Art Deco buildings here in Miami. What fascinates me more than anything are the stained glass designs...beautiful.

Might note mostly, but not entirely, European. Two images starting at 29:16 for example are of the former Carson Pirie Scott store in Chicago, Illinois, a surviving Louis Sullivan masterpiece. But that's just a minor nit. Definitely Art Nouveau connection there, just one from across the pond.
I wish, you cant find anyone with these design skills anymore. Too hip to be real these days. plus, like the cathedrals of Europe it would cost more than anyone on earth has in the bank!
