    I'm 78 and have been doing these 3 exercises, daily, for a couple of months. My balance has improved very much and I will add some other moves from your channel to my regimen.

    D, thank you much for making & sharing this video. I practice some of these exercises & am trying to extend the duration. It feels like my balance is improving. My sciatic nerve pain on my right hip/knee pit/heel makes it somewhat challenging ;-) Am sharing the link to your video on Gab.

    I follow most of your videos and find very helpful.
    Currently I have a problem in my back just above the hip.
    What exercises would you recommend?
