When you do a follow-up post, please give more details about how the rotor is attached to the wheel. It's cool looking and efficient.
But it seems to make the wheel more susceptible to stress fractures, where the rotor bolts onto the wheel Versus more conventional hub flush surface mounted rotors.
This is about the same sitting position of my Giant chopper bike (on my channel). This is so cool to ride in that position. You are positioning low so it feels safe to ride.
So cool. Cannot wait for road test and review! Maybe a range test as well!

Damn this is basically exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve got a 24 mile total commute on 45 mph roads. I was looking for something electric that can go at least 50 mph, have enough range to get to and from work, weight capacity high enough for me, I think I can register it as a moped so I don’t have to get a motorcycle license all for around the cost of a sur ron. I don’t particularly dig the chopper styling and I’m about 6’3 so I might be too tall for it but I’m super interested.
That sounds like a good use case for it. I was comfortable in the shorter peg position. You'd probably fit ok on it further out. Idk what state you're in but in California you still need a M1 or similar license for a moped.
@Area13ebikes in Ga you don't need a license for mopeds and scooters 49cc or so.
I looked at the motor maker with current configuration you can exchange the motor to 5000 w motor by changing it through the motor manufacturer but if you want to big dog it they have a 8000w motor and mods are needed like bigger battery , controler, finder comes off and bigger tire
QS seems to be the top of the hub motor food chain so much so they even make 12kw car tires 😅😂🎉

You can buy this and then extend the forks , rear and front. Maybe 3 inches would work for you

Would love a video on California ebike laws/bike laws in general since you live there and have very good knowledge and understanding the laws and what class of ebikes if any need a license to drive on city roads.

Well I mean you know I had the firecat in like 1980. (So I've always wanted a chopper type bike in my stable) I was just saying really it's everything I wanted that Schwinn to be... (Back when that came out and I was dreaming of that) I'm sure it would have cost a lot more to make that anything even close to this too... For that much money I could get my license back and probably get a car :p

Hey are 13! Cool bike but one not is that if I remember right if you register it it unlocks speed mode so you can go up to 60-70 mph or you do a code thing were you hold and release brakes and throttle you’d have to search it but just wanted to let you know

How big of a rider is this low electric ride comfortable for? That info would help before purchasing.

That orange power lead @14:20 that comes out of the back wheel looks kinda squished/tight in the video.....hope it isn't, because that would be a bad place to rub thru the insulation, and cause a major short.
Thats just how it comes out of the axle. Is actually as good as it can possibly get for a hub motor

13:36 Is that battery cover and compartment made of plastic? I mean it's roomy enough to make a proper fire-proof casing. But that cover looks like plastic.
It is plastic. The housing on the battery itself is aluminum however.
Where would you get the brakes and tires
Pretty standard motorcycle calipers, should be easy to get brake parts and tires.

Yeah, I agree Kyle, that's definitely NOT an e-bike. Who is calling that an e-bike? Perhaps a situation where the manufacturer is trying to cover all his marketing bases.
No matter, in most cities I imagine police and pedestrians would be fuming if a rider tried to pass this off as a bicycle, riding it were we go on e-bikes.
Kewl electric scooter nonetheless.
What is the price
I wonder how their batteries will hold out. I've seen some earlier scooter-like e-bikes in the past of theirs catch fire. I hope that is a thing of the past with their e-bikes and not something that a few months from now people will have to find out the hard way.

They're not likely sold with this much power or road legal at the local mall. I find that highly unlikely.
@Area13ebikes you can get then online tho , but 8kw is to low to get upto that mph that's why I'm waiting for him to tell us the exact model since I know tons of motor sellers from around the world and they give me the full specs on its maximum limit it can achieve in rpms and kmph or mph

the cost of electric is far higher than my motorcycles petrol bill ill keep my fuel powered baby and when i go past you because you run out of charge i promise not to laugh out loud lol.
If you say petrol instead of gas then I know your fuel ain't cheap! Definitely cheaper to use electricity in the US but our gas is "cheap" too relatively speaking.
are electric is 35 pence for 1 kwh or petrol is 1.60 a litre it takes 8.5kwatts per hour to charge a car takes 12 hours.@@Area13ebikes

I'm all for pushing the limits of E BIKES and blurring the lines between ebike, moped, and dirtbike but that is NOT an ebike at all... that is more likely to cause problems for ebikes and likely get neive people whom approach it with a simply a ebike mentality HURT... the looks are one thing the power and speed are another...

For a kick of the video wasn't done proply the way it was done as this bike was something we haven't seen before onist appinion terrible I wouldn't have one for free even it done 75 mph. It's rubbish. Plus you took far too long the get the bike out of box. I've got two bikes that eoud beat that for looks. I can't find no more words to discribe that bike is and that step through for over £2.000 ponds it's rubbish. I've git a good eye for bikes cars ect that's it
