Kriti Sanon is a very talented actress. As long as she choose a good script that suits his acting talent. Like mimi . She will definitely get another national award
Animal was senseless but got good ratings...this movie is better, fresh, family entertainment and stressbuster.
No one can get it right all the time, and this is one of those rare occasions that Mr. Nahta misjudged the boxoffice. I would be interested to see him do a post-mortem on his own analysis. Big movies are bombing left and right, but this low-expectations release clicked. How?

The sex question they already answered in the movie. The aunt already explained to Shahid that she kept the robot super close to real humans. Even her body temp is close to a real human. On top of that, go to Japan. There are sex robots that exist already. Just because India doesn't have the tech, don't assume the audience are idiots and they aren't aware of sexbots. Also, it's just a movie, don't analyze it like it's a PhD thesis. Your review will age very poorly in the near future.
Dude having sex with a robot without knowing thats its a robot is stupid ?? How will vagina gonna contract and how ill it will produce lubrication foe insertion of penis??..in japan they are sextoys which your terming as sexrobot and the people are very much aware that the its not a human whom they having sex with it
He is right ...the sex part is ridiculous ...the writers have bo sex education that what part body are required to have sex and keep continue to do so....a robot cannot have sex with a human specially without a human knowing that its a robot ...nit everyone likes to leave their brain in trashbins before watching a gilm
And anyway 90% bollywood are trash ...but then they should nit expect any audience in multiplexes as well..

I found the movie nice and refreshing. And concept is not weak but v interesting. In this day and age of artificial intelligence, Shahid’s character mentions that robotics is the future, Dimples character mentions in the end that robots are there for mankind but we have to use them sensibly. And I liked the fact that these points were subtly conveyed without any bhashan bazi. In the future it’s going to be difficult to differentiate between real and artificial and this movie gives the man -machine conflict in a nice entertaining way.
Masses will decide own who care about these critics 😂

It is true ... i also pointed out that Sex scene with robot was illogical... if Tomato was in robot stomach as it is...then how he had sex with robot? Writers are worst ... 60% scenes are written unnecessary...forced scenes.
I have been watching & following your reviews Komal since etc Bollywood business over 17 years ago & love to watch them befor hitting the theatres as it gives me the content i need before watching a movie, like if its a hit or flop or worth watching, i realy hope this movie becomes a super hit atleast if not a blokbuster as i wish Shahid Kapoor all the success truely from the heart & Komal your reviews are very good & honest, just a slight advice, plz giv a brilliant actor like Shahid more credit as he has given his everything to the industry & come a long way! He is such a dedicated & inspirational actor who stil deserves alot more than he has got! Newer actors like Ranvir & Ranbir get so much praise even though clearly Shahid is way more versatile & senior compared to them, i love them too, dont get me rong, they are brilliant actors, but i am giving a very honest opinion, Shahid Kapoor deserves way more than he recieves, even in his flop movies his acting has been so earnest & dedicated! I cant think of a movie wher he hasnt acted well

Hi Komal! I have been watching your reviews for years & they hav been absolutely correct 99.9 % but the .1% have been a little different only because some movies grow slowly on the audience. I am very shocked at the review of this movie because i had very high expectations as i love Shahid Kapoor, he is 1 of the best actors of the Bollywood industry! He is the dark horse. The trailer looked amazing & the music is outstanding! Shahid dances like the what he is, truely is 1 of the best top 2 dancers in the industry. I will watch this movie in cinemas & give my verdict too! I wanted to ask u Komal will this movie not do good business? Shahid deserves blockbusters & if we ignore the long title of the movie & sum flaws, the movie looks like a brilliant family entertainer & is doing realy well here in the Uk

I thought it was a good movie. Agreed it will appeal only in Metros & with Multiplex audiences but I sincerely hope it gets a Hit status. In the 80s there was a Hollywood romcom called Mannequin which was about how a Female Mannequin in a clothes shop becomes a real human & the hero falls for Her..kind of reminded me of that movie...in those days when technology was so far behind, a love story of a Human & Robot would have been ridiculous. But in today's world when we are in an era where Robots looking like Humans are already a reality and also the threat of Artificial Intelligence taking over jobs from Humans is a huge discussion, this movie comes like a breath of fresh air..yeah even I thought about the sex angle but I accepted Shahid's reasoning behind it as after all it's a movie made for entertainment purposes..no need to analyze it so much. I know why Komal Sir has gone into so many details because there are many who take movies like reality nowadays. Anyway, I feel it's a perfect Valentine's week release with a divided audience opinion but my advice is leave your brains behind and just enjoy it!!!😃👍👌👏
No if it made for metros and multiplexes ..the basic logic should be remained intact..multiplexes audience aint gonna watch such ridiculous movie..you will get to know from collects of this movie...the reviews are already bad by both audience and critics

I loved the movie because I went to see it with no expectations or shall I say very little expectation because I know that when I don’t expect any logic when I go to watch Hindi commercial movies. It was stupid, senseless and funny. The songs were beautifully picturised. In the end, it is Kriti Sanon who has made this movie work. She was fabulous in it.
Bhai, Pathaan mein SRK and John ka fight scene bhuth h jyada unrealistic tha but you didn't ask for any answers there. tumare logics bhi movies ke according chalte hain

totally disagree with komal sir here , yes this is not a serious movie like any other bollywood movie we are witnessing lately but certianly this is a very good entertainer , shahid-kriti was outstanding throughout the movie. yes, this is not a laugh riot but will keep you smiling throughout the movie. its a nice watch . we have seen worse movies than this which had done outstanding business at BO. i would rate it 3.5 star/ 5 star. yes, it is not a mass entertainer, it will be loved by urban audience more
