@@RingwayManchester❤ Reincarnation is real. It is spoken about throughout all religious texts. The teachings of reincarnation were suppressed, especially in the West. Jesus of Nazareth was the Messiah. The Messiah reincarnated in 1971 to try to save humanity. Julian Assange is the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth reincarnated. Julian exposed the lies and deception of the world governments via Wikileaks. Julian also exposed the killing and destruction of the Muslim/Arabic world and its inhabitants by the Western governments. The Romans and Jews are once again attempting to crucify our Messiah, and again, our hands are tied, and we are being prevented from stopping his crucifixion. Reread the Wikileaks drops and learn about Julian, it will become very clear to you what is taking place. The war in Gaza between the Palestinians and the Zionists was predicted and exposed before it even started (and has been ongoing for many years with the help of the West). So yes, to answer the question, the second coming of Christ is happening and has been since 2012 when Julian Assange went into the Ecuadorian Embassy in the UK.
The leaders of the Western world governments are collectively The Antichrists/ ad-Dajjal

I do wonder if it’s an endless loop tape setup like what was used for recorded announcements in phone exchanges at the time. Either that, or something mechanically generated, as it appears to be very analogue when speeding up/slowing down/failing, rather than being simply on or off.

Interesting that the data packet audio on the newer Buzzer frequency sounds stronger than the data packet audio on the original frequency. Both signals sound like the data packets are fading in after the buzzing stops, so it seems they're using a full-bandwidth AGC in each airchain. But if you compare the two, the newer signal is bringing the data packets up to an audible level more quickly than the original signal does, and the data packets on the newer signal are much more pronounced altogether. That says to me that either the audio level of the data packets in the mix of the original transmission is substantially lower than the buzz generator, or the AGC being used on the newer transmission is much more aggressive.

I can catch BBC 4, Radio Algers and some others in LW from Normandy. I don't have short wave so I stick to long (MW is full of Spanish channels) and for the moment don't have the money for a good sw radio. My question is: what are the options for a lw antenna? I've seen the loop with the varaiable capacitor, problem is to find the right capacitor in France, also the tutos speak about a "wire" what kind? I can't buy you a coffe on paypal as I don't have an account there... other options? If you ever come to Normandy, the beer is on me. Cheers!

Maybe it was related to the recent malfunction or weird background pocket noise on the buzzer??

I have heard at times people talking on the shortwave spectrum but it garbled and i can't clarify it, even switching between sidebands. Is that some form of voice encryption? Somebody help me out here. 😊

Remember some of those “old pip” signals can be activated vehicle trackers. Usually on the 4500-4700KHz SSB.
But they can be on 3750KHz.
Different noises and different frequencies are a signature to different tracker companies.
There’s a guy on UA-cam who documents all his recoveries. He works for a company called “Automatricks MTrack”.
I watched a few of his video and his tracker are equipped with GPS/GMS and RF. the RF is used for close triangulation. They transmit a beep every second on SSB
    After activation.
Have look and you will see him recording the sound these tracker broadcast. It’s extremely similar to the pip.

What do you think of the hypothesis that UVB76 - rather than primarily being a channel marker - is a homing signal for mobile Russian transmitters to direct their antenna to report back to Moscow? Of course it could be both.

If the buzzer is a channel marker to keep it free from traffic for the monolith transmissions then why is it the only one?
Why is it the only Russian channel that does this, and why from its location?

2:00 and this is obviously phonetic-coded message "ЖУОЗ" if interpreted as cyrillic, or "VUOZ" if interpreted as latin. It doesn't mean anyting obvious, so that's either some military station callsign, or encrypted code.

The Soviets and Russian Federation use the Buzzer as (as previously mentioned) a channel marker for their military communications commandment messaging network. A system analogous to the USA's hyper-encrypted Air Force Emergency Action Messaging System (Skyking).

Жужжалка использовалась исключительно для того, чтобы занять частоту(чтобы никакие мелкие радиостанции ее не использовали на земле). Так, частота использовалась на глобальных учениях. А, сейчас, разумеется, для войны.

If someone is curious, the guy talking in Russian at 1:30-1:50 is using very offensive language, calling someone bad words and telling them to f*ck off. However, the voice is indeed barely audible, so the context is not clear at all.
