My local Walmarts do not ever have clearance deals like this on any items. The prices often scan higher than they're marked in the stores.
VABmo, sometimes this happens if it has a clearance sticker on it tho they should honor it. Keep up the HUNT!

I wonder if you are aware of the number of times you go up to a display to check a price and just leave the item out of place. Many times on the wrong shelf. Someone will have to come behind and straighten out your mess. Not very considerate.
You know that it doesn't always need to go into your cart when you scan. Right when it shows you the price there is a "-1+" you just click on the minus sign and it won't let it go into your cart.

Appreciate your videos and insight. HOWEVER the many Walmarts in the southern California area don't even have a clearance section. And if they do there are never any items that are of value. Maybe low priced beauty items. No appliances. No outdoor stuff. Never any power tools or tools of any type. I have to think that the Walmarts in these areas sell their inventory, therefore not needing a clearance section.

Check apartments garbage area...you can't believe what the heck they toss, and people make a living doing this online. Everything except...bread, and milk....

I got some gardening dirt for 3 a bag. I filled my cart. They were 35 a bag.
Love your Channel thank you for the information about the tiki torches at my local Walmart they was $0.74 each and the tiki fluid was $3 a gallon I also found charcoal grill heavy duty for $60 at my local Walmart in Hatfield PA

Why do you leave all of the products in the wrong place as you are scanning? You are leaving products turned backwards after you scan. I am hoping you take time during the real time to put things back. Employees work hard to display even the clearance items.

i can see doing this for my own benefit of buying stuff cheap that i could use, but how does this pay your bills? do you have a auction, resale shop or flea market?
Items get resold
You should take a blank piece of paper with you so you can cover the bottom bar codes and then it won't misscan.

So when you find it cheaper on the app after scanning it just show the cashier?? And they will honor that price or is it already marked down just not in the stickers thanks
Manbearpig, there will be no need to show it to the cashier it should ring up the price it is showing in the app.

Wondering how do you sell heavy items etc. barbecue, lawn fertilizer?
Monica, I dont ship heavy items for the most part. If i do then i pay the price goes UPS or FedEx.
Stuff doesn't sell right away and holding on to inventory eats up your space..looks more glorious than it is I bet.but good luck anyway.

Can you explain why you are scanning upc on Walmart app when they have the sale tag right on the item. For those new to your channel would be nice to get a quick explain to understand what your process is. This is interesting
Rhode Island, The tag is not always correct. Walmart marks down items all the time it could be a day later or a week later or not at all. Its best to know the true in store pricing so you can effectively decide on your purchase.
Snap! I do the same thing you do and fill up a cart with clearance and I d Wally pay on the card and get additional 2% back and on certain occasions it's 7% - 10% back! 😃

Phil, I go towards end of the day for that same reason. Most people are at home. It gives me more time to do my work.

Joel, Thanks for watching! I usually know what will sit and what wont. Any online platform you buy from the buyer will always pay for shipping the seller always will adjust it so they do.

I know stores have certain things under lock and key .
Jim, If alot of items are locked up that really don't need to be that is a good indicator.

Question will people actually purchase what you buy at discount? They are on clearance because people stopped purchasing and it is not the season. So will you sell them right a way or wait for the spring?
Mike, Yes things sell all year round.
When my kids were young, I'd buy an entire season's wardrobe in the clearance section. (All the summer stuff in September for the following summer, for example.)
Just checked our Walmart and got the 2gal sprayer for $29. The 4 gal was $36 and there were probably 3 or 4 of them yet.

Just wondering...When you scan an item that requires a serial #, have you tried blocking the price bar code when you're scanning the serial # barcode??? That might work. 🤔🤷🏻♀️ Good Luck! Great finds.

Aren't the items marked down across the board based on The UPC number at corporate or does he store have to do it? Because how is it going to know what store you're in when you're scanning the same UPC code?
The Walmart app allows you to search prices/ UPCs by online (corporate) or the specific store you're in. Stores mark things down different amounts and times depending on area demand.
Randall, Items are not marked down across the board for the most part. There is alot of variables that go into each stores markdowns.

When you started the online store did you have to borrow money for startup? How did you start the business?
He's not going to tell you because that would ruin his business by having more sellers to compete with. That's why he'll keep it vague and say something like, "There's many platforms, find one that will suit you".

So do you buy the stuff and then sell on ebay? I just do the hunting for personal stuff right now and I need a self propelled mower and snowblower but have not found a great deal yet and seems like the 6 super centers around me have crap for clearance. I have been into the Hart battery stuff.
Sean, All my items i find go on various platforms. As for your self propelled mower keep your eyes out on that because it is end of the season for that item and will be clearancing out.

Tara, The price that it shows on the app SHOULD be the price it rings up at the register.

When using the Walmart app and scanning some of the items why is your app asking for the serial number? I never had that issue and I have bought a bunch of hard items lately
Mike, I have noticed it does this with electronics and well as power equipment. I think Walmart will be adding serial numbers to all of there products over time and its just asking for now.
Replying to my reply to the Hunter. But if you look at most of the boxes they all have serial numbers on them like vacuum cleaners for sure. If you try to return the vacuum cleaner and actually look at the serial number on the box. But my question was why do you need to scan the serial number also? When you scan the barcode it's telling you the information and the price. That's what I get on my app and I do not have to scan the serial number. It's not like you're checking out

Hi! I just saw the deal guy today say Walmart prices ending in 0 are the most reduced price. Is that true?
Annette, I'm not sure if that will be the end of the price reduction or not. I can tell you I've purchased items lets say $9 and then weeks later scanned it again only to reveal a lower price.

Dale, I list items on multiple platforms my suggestions to new resellers would be start small and local FB Marketplace Craigslist ETC. GOOD LUCK!

Walmart is greedy as hell, you can get way better clearance at Macy’s, Kohl’s, Target pretty much anywhere else… Walmart sometimes might have a deal not nearly as often as the above mentioned
J Perry, Be care with the first 2 stores you mentioned. They will hike up the price then have a sale to make it look like your getting a deal when really your not.

Just would like a straight answer on how to make money and do this stuff everyone shows deals but no one shows how to earn money from it so instead of being 1 in 1000 u tubers take it to a new level and help peeps earn dollars. Then again maybe i should do that. LOL Not being disrespectful but as a 53 yr old man just looking on how to get the deals and hell make a few bucks.
Sean your best bet if you would like to start reselling items is to start small. Go find some clearance items or items on sale that you think you can turn around and flip for a profit. I would buy low and sell high on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. It will take time, mistakes will be made but its a trial and error game for sure. Good Luck!
@@HunterOfTheClearance Great way to be stuck with a bunch of stuff.. try to buy smaller items that are easier to ship ship list on eBay and if your allowed to sell on Amazon. Local markets can be dry. Especially if your trying to get retail value on items. Lots of these types of resellers hold inventory till the right season like toys for Xmas and summer items for summer. Smart but requires capital. Wish he would show him selling what he buys rather than scanning random shit.

He's a reseller! Resellers buy things on deep clearance, then sell for a profit on eBay, Amazon, FB Marketplace, Craig's List, and many other selling sites.
I've gone to like 4 or 5 Walmarts looking like an idiot frikin scanning and SCANNING AND SCANNING soooooo many different items and not one thing on sale!!!! Not one!! Oh my God i was so frikin frustrated never ever ever again will i ever ever ever do this shit again!!! Ever!!! Even your video that you've made right here out of 15 different things you've scanned you've got maybe 3 things on sale?? Nah it's all a big ass scam!! Waste of time and energy and MONEY!!
