Tag Heuer cal 36 base movement is Zenith El Primero, so it is normal to set time in position 2 and date in position 3

hello.. great video.. i have a question for you .. hope you can help me out ...i recieved a tag heur watch for a gift... its a chronometer.. apparently its a imited edition. with a crocodile skin band... the only problem is the time is not set on it. the seconds hand is still moving.. just the time and date is out..
i am aware to adjust is to pull out the nob on the right of the watch .. there is only one nob. but it does not pull out or turn .. its like its stuck .. ????
any ideas
