and when the red icon appears on the enemy u parried u can do a finisher attack where u will be safe from all other attackers just gotta left click to trigger it

learn to parry it will help with bosses alot then u can attack safely without getting parried urself and if u stop moving after ur down after a few sec they will stop attacking u and u can get up using bandages(if u have enough hp left)
