People dont pay attention ... yes his fighters did have some issues .. but in the corner you can hear james telling them what to do to adjust ... the fighter is in the ring not the trainer and the fighter does not listen ... ryan did the same with Goosem ... he told him what to do and ryan did the opposite...

Derrick James fighters are not trained to adjust.they all stick to the basics.Thats Derricks style
