Wow, when is this video coming out? I sure hope that it gets to the Streamers, because I will sure rent it. Or, I'll watch it here too if this BHE posts it here.
A director's cut has been released on Amazon Prime but, as a producer, I would recommend saving the money and waiting for the "official release" which will be available in the next few months. Check back as notifications and updates will be posted on our channel, and thank you very much for your interest.
YES!!! As someone who has had.strange experiences I'm always looking for answers or something...Did u hear about what a wildlife officer in Canada found last year..wolf tracks..7.5 inches long!!!! That is bigger then my feet!!!!!
A director's cut has had a soft release on Amazon Prime, but the full version is still in editing. It struggled to hit its crowdfunding goal so it's been a bit of a long process in the making. Thank you for asking.
Well, it's complicated...probably too much for a UA-cam comment. I actually discuss my apprehension in the movie a bit...if that part actually makes the final cut. Sorry to be so cryptic with my answer, but I'd hate to spoil any part of their project. Ask me again after the movie is released and I can go into more detail.
J.D! I have watched your short film multiple times and am a big fan of it. I’m curious to know why you have bypassed contacting the North American Dogman Project if you are truly interested in looking for answers to what you are pursuing.
@@WOLFOFWINTERVALE Hello. First, thanks for watching the original short film. Second, apologies for the long delay in getting back to you. I don't always check this account so I have to wait to be told there are messages for me and sometimes things slip through the cracks. So, about contacting the North American Dogman Project; I've not really bypassed them, per se. In fact, I had intended on connecting with them back in 2019. To be brutally honest, being something of a "gonzo" journalist, I create all my films totally out of pocket, so budgets are a factor and as soon as I wrapped "Hunting the Hound of Cold Hollow" I moved on to a new project in Iceland. While I was working on that, the producers for Tiger King contacted me to license footage from my 2015 movie about Joe Exotic, then Chris Smith asked me to create some music for the Netflix series and time got away from me. By the time I was ready to jump back into the werewolf/dogman phenomenon the pandemic hit and, well, you know the rest. Nearly finished with the Iceland project now finally and hope to get back to the dogman phenomenon soon. Again, apologies for the long silence. Nose to the grindstone, but I'll be back on the case soon. Thank you again for your interest and your comment. Regards.
Ciara, hey. Yes, still in the works. A director's cut has had a soft release on Amazon Prime, but the full version is still in editing. It struggled to hit its crowdfunding goal so it's been a bit of a long process in the making. Thank you for asking.
We get this a lot. Sounds like you've done a lot of research on this. Could you help clarify the difference? Werewolves are obviously linked to supernatural shape-shifters from ancient mythology, although the etymology of the term is relatively modern. It's our understanding that Dogman is something completely different.
Yes yes as a Vermonter, outdoorsman and a huge paranormal and cryptid fan this is so nice to see the hunt continues!! Cant wait!!
Same here
I’m so glad you uploaded your documentary already! Watching it now
That was only the first documentary. The next one, "Hunting the Hunter" is coming soon! Thank you for tuning in.
Your first video on this was really good. Nicely crafted. Looking forward to this next one!
Thanks, Riff Raff. I really appreciate the kind words. Makes it worth all the trouble to know people are enjoying what we're exploring.
48 yrs I have been looking fore them

Will definitely create some updates as I get them. Thanks for the comment too.
Duude. I've been waiting for a followup. I trust lightning will strike twice for you, as this looks incredibly engaging!
What is the background tune/music???
That's a piece composed specially for the film by J.D. Thompson. A soundtrack tentatively titled "Welcome to Cold Hollow" will be available soon.
Looking forward
As a New England resident I can’t wait to watch the movie!! When will you release it?

Thanks for the information. You’re right, it will be better to wait for the official release. I’ll be pending of your channel.

Did this ever come out? I cant find it
Can't wait!
We need more Vermont Werewolves especially ones who are rare Werewolves.
A better place to look would be Land Between in the Lakes in Kentucky/Tennessee
More werewolves down there?
When is this going to be released?

J.D.,can I ask why you were hesitant to join Niamh in further investigating this case?

Is this still in the works? If so I'm stoked!

Sorry, but that "wolf's head" looks like a costume.
You'd be surprised by how great looking/realistic some people can make some costumes look.
That would be supremely disappointing.
This is all dramatization right?
Nope. It's a real hunt for a real werewolf. :)
You filmed a Husky
Have you ever seen a husky with 8 inch ears?
@@blackhatentertainmentofficial it’s a dog with Acromegaly
@@asphyxia4277 Wow. Well, case closed then, huh? Great work.
@@blackhatentertainmentofficial thanks
Lmao
