Great for you
Fascinating. I think every American knows what carne asada is. It's surprising that almost no Mexican knows what brisket is. This likely shows that the primary reason that food is imported and adapted is immigration -- and not, say, that two countries share a large border.
I just thought it was a little sus having a New Yorker making Texas style BBQ (me being raised in the south) and the meat they were slicing looked dry, but I applaud him for the business success.
4:20 seriously 😅😅😅
Awesome achievement
Stev-o BBQ!! 🔥
This is a perfect example of 10% product and 90% marketing.

I've been here once when I was Mexico City. It's actually really delicious. Great menu and terrific atmosphere. Definitely go back.
May his business 10x
Bro That's looks so good 🔥 🍖 🥩 🔥
I live in Mexico City and can say that Pinche Gringos is much better than any bbq I ever tasted in California.
use mezquite charcoal from sonora state... will give the plus need to smoke and make the perfect bbq taste.... nothing better than mezquite smoke flavor.....
Never been to a PG bbq, will go eat there soon
Great burgers. My favorite Pulled pork Hamb
Not a bad hustle right there. Hustle on.
😎Very good. I travel full time while traveling around the world.

Just to remind everyone; BBQ comes from Barbacoa; which is pre-Hispanic. The difference is that BBQ is sweat compare to barbacoa, and in Mexico is still cooked the same for more than 1000 years.
No culture can claim BBQ lmao human society's have been cooking meat over smoke or open flame for more than tens of thousands of years. Just a universal human experience that each culture adds their own unique version to it.
