- Quick reminder to everybody about Ulthera a.k.a. Ultherapy and how repeated Radiofrequency treatments for skin tightening is almost always a bad idea. I've gone in depth about this before. While radiofrequency heat-based therapies can stimulate the formation of collagen, they can also damage the skin and create more of an aging skin appearance IF used improperly.

Good to know. Ive had 2 tx to my neck and jawline. What treatments do recommend for skin tightening that are safe/effective for maintenance?? RF?
I really wish he’d answer this question! I’ve had it done once and I got dramatic results! I was thinking about getting it again but not after this. Now I’m thinking about getting Morpheus8 or Vivace 🤔
@@tonia52966.
He said no more than 2 tx for the entire face. So you should be safe with one more. But also talk to your practitioner. What he says is his opinion and isnt what the ulthera company says. He is based off treating clients and I trust his opinion but I take everything with " a grain of salt"
The RF with microneedle is what im going to try next 🤟
Please see some of my videos on Profound RF!

I can’t thank you enough for posting all these videos. You are a blessing.
Thank you so much for posting this!!
I've learned my lesson and am sending this to all my friends. Thank you.
Didn't know that, thanks for sharing it
Thank you Doctor!
Thanks doctor
Thank you for this warning! Ulthera on the face is very popular in Seoul. I'm curious to learn about the innovative technology coming from South Korea and hope it will make its way overseas.
I did Ultherapy 5 months ago. I got muscle weakness and started looking 10y older now. I've lost my beauty. 😢 Is it permanent result? Do I have a chance to restore my face?
Please advise.
What do you suggest if the skin got thinner?
What about the treatment for inner thighs?
Hi Dr. Thank you for this PSA I was thinking of doing this for very small malar edema on the cheeks, I got treated with steroid injections to flatten the areas, the first time it work the second time the dermatologist increased the dose and it made the the line under the malar edema worse so it looks like I have these dents/lines on my cheeks, so when I typed treatment for malar edema I got ultherapy, if you don't recommend this treatment is there something else you recommend? Thank you so much, I'm also happy to travel.
I’m below 30 and was told I can do ulthera/HIFU to reduce my double Chin/subcutaneous fat in the buccal region. (I’m of Asian descent and really do have an unusually bull-doggish face)
Do you think this treatment will have a negative impact on my skin texture/my SMAS in the long run? When you talk about tissue scarring, are you referring to SMAS scarring or fat atrophy (or both?)
For the love of God do NOT get Ultherapy never ever
ONE TIME. One time and it destroyed my face. I am PRAYING my body restores and heals my beautiful youthful face 😢
ONE TIME. The same issue. I did it 5 months ago and get the opposite result - muscles weakness and aging. 😢😢😢
Me too 😢
Did you do it on the jawline on other areas of the face?
I also see 'do it at home' products but they aren't called HIFU nor Uthera.
Product info states that it's 'ultrasoon' combined with red and blue light to tighten and calm the skin. 45 euro.
I rather do it myself so I'm in control knowing I'm careful and no money business is involved at my skin's costs.
Yeah I know at least 9 women who had Heattreatment and it destroyed their entire face. Everyone needs surgery after two years.
@katharina Birkhaeuser how many treatments do they have and how much time apart between each treatment?
@@TheCEOXPerience Most people had one Treatment of that kind. Only one treatment is enough to destroy a face.
@@katharinabirkhaeuser4674 what exact treatment was it please? and what do you mean after two years they needed surgery
@@TheCEOXPerience I can't say because of lawsuits. They need surgery because of sagging skin.
ultherapy is not even radiofrequency. it is ultrasound. so i am not sure what to think of this video.
Thank you for your knowledge. You should get more sleep...take care of yourself.
