Maravillooosoo !!! Recuerdo que en TVN en los años 80s daban todos los dias o algunos dias a la semana peliculas de Jerry Lewis.. me tomaba la leche viendolas con mi mama. Ahora tengo 46 años y tengo muy lindos recuerdos de Jerry y Dean Martin.
Just watched 3 Ring Circus, and I highly recommend it to all of you. Jerry and Dean are fun and charming, and the music and general silliness and camaraderie of circus life make for a heartwarming story without any saccharine sappiness. Really fun.
they are truly a Blessing from God.. I love DEAn.. We need these kind of Pure Positive Romantic Fun Inspirational Music movies.. Just Simple But So Affective!

thank you for posting this! Is one of my Dad's favourite song, because its so happy, he says. Was wonderful to play it for him last night. Many a weekend afternoon was spent watching my favourite duo on TV when they use to run their movies.

Yes, Dean Martin later said that he hated this script and refused to make the film. The studio had already gone too far with preproduction-Jerry wanted to play, "the clown" as always. This early on Dean threated to quit. He did the film but was very angry with Jerry. Dean can hardly look at Jerry in this movie. In the late 70s this film as rereleased as Jerico, He'll Do Anything To Be A Clown. The film was pulled from theaters do to copyright issues.
Don Diego Vega Deans feelings were even more obvious in their last film together Hollywood Or Bust, made in 1956, just two years after this. There are a couple of moments in that movie when they are driving in the car where it’s painfully clear that Dean wasn’t entirely acting, and that if looks could kill then Jerry would have been six feet under (as we say in the UK).
I read that Dean wasnt in the original script until 20 minutes in so Jerry went to Hal Wallis and the writers and demanded they change it to include him in more scenes. I know Jerry was looking forward to playing the clown though. There are some good moments but overall it was disappointing. Hal Wallis seemed to have the knack of destoying quality performers. Look at poor Elvis!
Durante la filmacion de esta pelicula Dean y Jerry pelearon mucho, a ambos no le agrado el guion, Dean se sintio desplazado, con menos presencia en el film, encontraba la historia una porqueria y Jerry comenzo a experimentar con otros temas..eso los llevo a odiarse...es una lastima que esto termino tan mal
