The roads in this remote part of Tibet are better than what Indians call highways. In terms of specifications, this is only a county-level highway in China, not a provincial or municipal highway, let alone a highway. Recently, India's transport minister said that India's road mileage is the second largest in the world, only behind the United States, which we Chinese think is very funny. Is the road of the shoddy project in India a road?
I am an absolute fan of your channel. I love that you visit the little villages of China. Some of of us dream of going to China, but our situations will not permit it. We can live vicariously through you. This is indeed a treat. What you do is therapy. Thank you, from Chino, California.
@@T.james_59hat does Tibet have to do with you Indians? Still want to be beaten by China like in 1962? The disastrous defeat in 1962 made India, a world power, lose face. Nehru claimed to be the leader of developing countries. As a result, he could only ask Britain, the suzerain, for help. He even asked the world giant at that time, the United States and the Soviet Union, for military intervention in the Sino-Indian war. Indians are so pathetic. You still fantasize that you are an world power every day. To tell you Indians a cruel reality, the income of Tibetans is much higher than that of Indians, ten times that of Indians. Yan! I lived in China in the eighties and visited Tibet then - you have brought it all back for me! It still looks amazing. Thank you for your natural, considerate and gentle interactions with the locals - this is a wonderful quality which will be characteristic of earth's new era of peace when we collectively get there. You are already living it.
Hi Yan!!! Thank You So Much for Sharing This Video. It Is So Good That I Booked a Hiking Trip in Tibet in October 2024. You Take Care and Be Happy! Fernando
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing with us the unseen part of China. Wish I was younger, have the health and knee strength to visit these remote areas. Your government has been thoughtful and considerate into providing assistance for living in a harsh environment. Not many countries do that. Was surprised that most families have a car. They are not old rusty cars.
Thank you very much, Yan, for taking the time and effort to show us the beautiful people and stunning Tibet and surrounding areas. Take care. God bless you always
I only discovered you this week... how, I am ashamed, but now I have the treat of so many videos to watch and have already watched nothing else but these films since finding you. You have created a truly amazing channel, showing so many places I have wanted to visit, and those that I have never heard of, and it's utterly captivating. You are also a fantastic narrator to your journey, showing genuinely interested things. And... I find your voice so relaxing. Thank you so much, I am looking forward to delving in deeper to all the places you have been and wish you happy safe and exciting trips ahead. Lisa x
Hello, Yan! I'm so happy to find your videos. Actually I'm studying a lot about China and see how it works in ''small cities'' are just lovely. I'm a big fan of China! Greetings from Brazil... take care!! :)
Your videos are just so therapeutic! They're so relaxing and homey. Your channel is now one of my favourites. Thanks for showing us these corners of the world that are not usually featured. Makes me appreciate how diverse the world.
It is amazing that the Chinese government even gave an allowance to Tibetans due to the harsh environment of the place. It's mesmerizing to watch the local man trying your camera.😃
They do for Mongolians, and Uyghurs among all the other ethnic minorities along the border regions. It's rough in the border areas, and it incentivizes them to stay and develop their regions, build businesses to support the region, and help protect the borders from other countries that may encroach it.
Thank you so much for sharing this clip. I always wanted to see how Khambu hot spring looks like, as my parents always share their experiences of healing all the incurable diseases and hospitality of the people out there. I remembered listening to their endless stories of crossing the mountains and getting help from the people of Pagri, meeting some good friends and exchanging the foods and stuffs. I really wish I could visit one fine day to reminisce my parents favourite destination❤
Thank you Yan for braving this journey to bring it to us. It’s breathtaking unimaginably distant and you take us there Love how you interact with the people and your posture ❤❤
It is a very interesting lifestyle at this Tibetan town. I am with you, i agree all hot springs probably have the same water. However this is how our human brain works. If a person strongly believes in something that something must be true.
Yes read the book "You Are The Placebo" by Joe Dispenza. There are studies done of how people even act drunk when drinking what they think is alcoholic beverage, but it is not.
New construction of building. I wonder what it will be. Glad to see the workers paid well. People seem happy. And then back at last to the beautiful moist green valley! Thank you, Yan, for this trip!
I feel that from a few of your videos I have learned 10 time more geography than from all the years of my school geography classes. Fantastic, truly fantastic! Liked the last - the drone-launching - shot. And you just coined a new, original (and, I think, very funny) expression: Tibetan Hot Springs Pornography.
Love ❤ from “Arunachal Pradesh” North East India. It’s really fascinating to see the beauty of our neighbouring country. How I wish these two countries “India 🇮🇳 and China 🇨🇳” to open the friendship gates in border areas to have a beautiful cultural exchanges in near future. Hi I'm from belgium and I just want to show my support and gratitude for your Channel. I have seen so much of china through your series and really enjoy every video. It's so interesting to see how different and unique places can be even in one country. My grandma who is german and taiwanese was born in china and then moved to taiwan with her german dad. She always talks about her childhood in china and taiwan and I would always wish that I could be there. So through your channel I am able to see many of the things she talked about❤❤❤. Thank you so much.❤

I believe there's a small town on the border of China, India, and Nepal. Many people from neighboring countries live there doing business.
Thanks for your kindness, but I'm sorry that your hometown is illegal to China
it won't happen in your lifetime because there is no Indian politician who has the political capital or will to do it.
