Jake your content is some of the most unique and original I've stumbled across in my 10+ years of UA-cam-ing. Your individuality really shines through in the content you produce, and I enjoy it a lot.
However, separating the man from the memes has been difficult. Who are all of these rotating women you hang out with? Are you just vlogging Tinder dates in Japan? What's with all of the forced sexual-innuendo? Is that just your style, or are you deliberately trying to come off cringey/creepy with these women? Why are you so self-deprecating, and why does chat go along with it? Are you actually gay? How has being gay been in Japan? When I lived in Japan, Gay people often talked about cultural difficulties.
I think that sexual innuendo and the self deprecating is part of the humour. And he does the sexual jokes only with friends and not with strangers, so it isn't creep, and everybody hanging out with him knows that it's a live stream, so Jake's got to do/say things to entertain people. I think this is also a kind of stand-up comedy, he needs to keep saying jokes and present them as if it's coming out of his own self, from his personality(because it's a many hours long 'In Real Life'(IRL) Stream.
the real side of Jake that what all talking he does with friends might be different....
For the gay thing, it's completely a joke, and his followers like to keep the joke alive.
He actually has a girlfriend, her name is Water.
Those women are probably just hanging out and providing him content, he hangs out with male friend too.
Now he often hangs out with Water in his streams in China, Japan, (and went together to Barcelona, Paris and Las Vegas too), currently Jake and Water along with other streamer friends and Jake's elder brother are living in LA and San Diego in USA.
By currently living, I mean during these Covid-19 times, as Jake had moved to Japan but his first home is at LA.

And it's not Tinder dates, as I said they are with Jake to provide content,
And most of the times those people are themselves social media infliencers or streamers. So it's like a symbiotic act, they come in Jake's stream to provide Jake content, while Jake's stream acts as a marketing campaign for them as people search up their names after seeing them in stream (that too in a purely positive way) and follow them. It's a win-win for both parties
