He had longer 4x4s then he needed he cut them to length after hammering them in so screwing a 4x4 piece on the end wasn't needed for this project and he didn't have mashed up ends after he cut the posts to length
Killing me brother cut all boards at once or even frame that small ass dock on land then put it in water to attack to post. Lol also dock is 4 feet away from land lol I guess the kids can run to jump on deck lol
Just a suggestion. Next dock try tying the boat up to the existing part you have finished so it won't float away. Just saying. Enjoy!

Put a fountain ⛲ in the swimming area and after a period of time, it'll push away nearly all the mud and silt, leaving you with a clear swimming hole.

An aerator will do that not a fountain
Hint screw a block to top of post to hammer or sledge so you dont mush and ruin top of post and have to cut it lol he did this very hard way
