I work in mental health and this is my every day.
I had a woman walk up to me today in the hospital and tell me the lunch is only going to get 2 stars from her on Yelp. Which is fair, our budget isn't great.
I know I worked in palative care and Alzheimer's. They are old dears and hardly get enough to eat as they have a budget for that as well. Some sold their houses... I loved my job I miss it now though...

As someone who works in customer service (waitress) since COVID everyone's manners have just got worse, people have got more entitled and are treating staff like shit. HOWEVER, CLA is on another level and I would be terrified to serve her

At 21:11 and I couldn’t agree with you more. I’m not a fan of Elphba, but kicking out a 19 year old in the middle of London at 2AM is absolutely down right disgusting. Not only that, but she’s trans and people can be bloody cruel. It’s a dangerous world. In that moment she was SO susceptible for something bad to happen to her and they’re just sat there laughing? You were also spot on about them acting like high school bullies AND the fact they got a kick out of it? SO GROSS. What if something bad had actually happened to her? I wonder how Chelsea and her parrot would’ve reacted then. Oh no that was recently CLA kicked Elphaba & her mum out. The video clip was months ago and the other voice is another tiktoker called Evil Queen who was watching it all happen on the live. Her name says it all really but her and Elphaba have long standing issues too. Chronic pain means I’m stuck in bed most of the time and it gets very boring so I end up knowing way too much nuisance!

I'd never really thought about the tax thing, but I'd be willing to bet that this CLA type of IRL streamer claims that since their entire life is their content, pretty much anything they spend money on is for their job.
