How do you recommend storing the pizza stone? On the grill or somewhere else. I have the carry bag. Also, your instructions say to add the lava rocks in largest to smallest but then you poured it in like NBD. Does it matter?

Is this meant for use with the small (1#) propane tanks or the larger 20# tanks? I believe there's an output pressure difference between the two?

You can store the stone on the grill rack under the wok when not in use. Large first keeps the rocks in order nice and tidy
