When this cue was used for Race Game/Take Two/Buy or Sell in the 90s, was always hoping the prize copy would go on long enough so I could hear the ending (having remembered it from when The Phone Home Game was played)...of course, that never happened! LOL
I burned this to a CD and I use it on my headphones while I walk up and down the halls of Westgate Mall here in Brockton 'cause in my opinion, it makes superb mall music.
@@excrono That's not what I meant. Phone Home contestants not only could win money and prizes, but they were still eligible to play the Price is Right in person.
Brent Maze I know, but I’ve seen a few episodes where they don’t pick the cheapest or most expensive small priced items for the contestant to easily guess. If they had, there’d be more opportunities for them and the contestant to split the winnings.
Bring back the PHONE HOME GAME, for the TPiR Xmas spectacular at Radio City Music Hall, here this time, someone at random picked out of the Rockefeller Centre skating rink to play along with the contestant inside RCMH!! Screen would be split to show inside RCMH and the skating rink!!!
Games that I have heard this music cue are clock game, Danger price, Race game, take two, buy or sell, more or less, step up, poker game, easy as 123, shopping spree, one wrong price, and clearance sale.
Nick Wells u r rite this Cue usually plays for More Or Less then then they showed "A Brand New Car", Race game, Take Two, Danger Price, Home viewers, n many more!!!!!!!

I think it makes good airplane music, especially if you’re flying to the Caribbean or somewhere extravagant
@Lamar Berry Well, if ya' got it in mp3 and you got a CD burner, you can burn it to a CD-R like I did. Or if you have an mp3 player with earphones.
Love it, though I can't shake the feeling that it's desperately trying to be the music for a MarioKart Beach Course... :D
Before it was associated with the PHG, this cue's first appearance was used for Clock Game, a game more associated with the "Rye Bred" cue.
Clock game?
Those who actually got called for the Phone Home Game were probably some of the luckiest people alive.
Well, maybe unlucky depending on contestant and if they played the game correctly.

This cue was also used as the alternate Plinko intro
Great classic "TPiR" cue music! If you could download & post the moog synthesizer 1972 "COME ON DOWN" music, that'd be great!
That moog version of the Come on Down music was used on the more upscale showcases.
LOVE IT. I just wish they had the other version of this song (no flute).
