Working for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Minnesota

Working for the NRCS in Minnesota offers a whole range of opportunities. We work with farmers, ranchers, and foresters around the State. We help landowners to incorporate agricultural practices that conserve and improve soil health and reduce erosion while retaining profitability. We work with partners and experts in wildlife, fisheries, and pollinators to enhance prairie, stream, and forest habitats throughout the State. Living in Minnesota also offers a great diversity of outdoor recreational activities like hiking in our expansive forests, boating on Lake Superior, fishing in our many lakes and rivers, and canoeing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
