    I'm so glad that you don't have MCAS. I do and it is very hard to deal with, and can be really scary when I go into anaphylaxis and don't even know why sometimes. So glad you don't have to deal with it.

    I'm so glad you have some clarity about your allergy/mast cell situation, while diagnoses are sometimes good (and i wish i had an accurate, non 'its-all-in-your-head/anxiety' diagnosis) i can appreciate that having a new diagnosis to add to your list would have been difficult.
    especially with MCAS, it seems a difficult illness to 'deal with' due to doctors not really knowing enough about it

      Thank you ❤️ I’m happy that I was listened to, taken seriously and the tests were run so now I know for certain and can safely move forward in managing my symptoms etc. I hope you can get your diagnosis soon ❤️
