    Super helpful, thank you! Could you explain in words what a set margin of x (Let's say 20%), would mean? 20% acceptable difference between groups? still struggling with that concept , thanks!

      Our generic ASA is non-inferior to brand name ASA at preventing a heart attack. Oh really? What margin did you set. 20%! And what did your study show? It showed that the upper bound of the confidence interval was only 19%. OK cool, then it sounds like your generic ASA is truly non-inferior.

    Does the margin line must be drawn in the graph? Because I’ve seen in many articles it is not in the graph

      You are right it is often not written in the figure at all. I like to include it when I’m explaining this study design as I find it makes the whole concept easier to understand
