The elf bronzer formula is really good for "underpainting" before foundation.
I think you would really enjoy the NARS one as well. But I agree, for the money and quality, the SOL one is great. I loved this video and agree with your rankings as well!
What a fantastic video. Thank you. I'm so relieved that the Sol body bronzer scored higher up on your list. I'm currently on a no-buy, but I broke it a couple months ago because colourpop had a really great sale on, and free international shipping to Canada, so I scooped it up because it's been on my list for a while. Unfortunately, I haven't been feeling well, so I haven't done my makeup and almost 7 months, but you better bet, that when I get back to do my makeup again, which I hope will be soon, that will be one of the first products I use.

I’m close to your skin tone and I got along really well with the shade Teddy from the Fenty cream bronzers. I do like a touch of Olive on my bronzers because I have that undertone, though.
I also really like the Nars Laguna cream bronzer (suuuuuuper pigmented) and the Danessa Myricks Balm Contour, which are warm enough to use as bronzers. But I don’t think you’ll like the Danessa Myricks one because it does stay balmy on the skin ;)
I just got the Rare Beauty bronzer in happy sol, and used it to do my makeup for family pics this weekend...it looked beautiful and was so easy to blend.
Thank you for mentioning the fact that the Makeup by Mario one is sticky and dewy. I had been wondering about it and I’m glad you mentioned it bc that’s def not something I want in a cream bronzer either!

Rare Beauty is my number one too. I like her blushes as well. They really knocked it out of the park with this celebrity brand.
I am so glad you did this video. I have been looking for a good cream bronzer. I have only bought two and have been disappointed with both. I bought the Lys and no matter how I apply it, it is always too much. Then I splurged and bought the Chanel cream bronzer thinking it would be great because it's Chanel. It is awful. It is not pigmented well, does not apply evenly, and is very difficult to blend. Now I watch these type of reviews before investing my money in a product so I am not throwing it way.
I do like the Makeup Revolution one. It is a bit orangier than I usually like (big fan of neutral bronzes, L'Oreal Lumi Bronzer in the lightest shade is my perf color), but it blends in to look really natural and not orange on the skin somehow. Plus it's $7!
One of my favorite cream bronzers is the WetnWild bronzer stick in Oaks on You. There are only 2 shades I believe and I'm pretty sure it's available at Ulta and in stores at like Walmart and Walgreens, etc. It's an older product but it is a beautiful, easy to blend bronzer. Plus it's like $4-$5.

I really like the nyx wonderstick for contour, but I put some on my hand and go in with a brush, so that might help

Have you tried the Persona one? That one is good. Blendable.
A underrated one I enjoy is by Yensa. I could see you really liking that one, it comes in the same type of packaging as Sol Body.

I love the Danessa Myricks Balm contour as a bronzer. light 1 is a perfect olive undertone for me but they have different undertones and darkness in the shade range. Highly recommend!
I really like the Saie cream bronzer and the half caked cream bronzer too!

Thank you for this video. I'm a powder girl. I only use powder bronzers and blushes. But with the huge cream bronzer hype I really want to try it. But I was so overwelmed by all the choices. This video really helped. Since I don't know if I will like the cream formula I thonk I will be picking up the Soll (colourpop) one to try out before splurging on a expensive one.
I lllllllllooooooovvvvvveeeee the makeup revolution cream bronzer. I have use every cream bronzer under the sun and the mr is just top notch.
Nars and CT for the win, if I could only have one then CT as the undertone suits my skintone better than the NARS as it's a tad too warm

I love KVD Mod-Con gel contour - I have the lightest shade for contouring and the second lightest for bronzing. My favourite. I also really like the cream bronzers by NARS and Rose Inc.

Angie - try the LYS cream bronzer that is on the triangle compact. You will love it!!! It’s my 3rd favorite. First is Rare Beauty and 2nd is Fenty. Charlotte Tilbury is 4th.
I’m less tan than you and I layer the fenty cream & powder bronzers in butta biscuit and shady biz. that cream one is also more cool toned but it’s perfect for a contour on me

XX Revolution Bronze Skin Cream Bronzer Agenda $15 is a dupe for the ABH cream bronzer. It's better than the SOL bronzer. I haven't tried the Makeup Revolution Ultra cream bronzer. I had to buy the XX bronzer through the UK website. I'm waiting on the Jaclyn cream bronzer. I hear it's great too.

My only problem with that mini Milk bronzer is that the packaging ALWAYS breaks on me 😭 I can’t wind it up so I basically always have to scoop it out into a container…. But the same doesn’t happen with the blushes, I don’t get it 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
The Nars cream bronzer is my favorite, hands down! I enjoy it much more than the charlotte tilbury. I have not tried the Rare beauty though.
I think although drugstore does well in certain areas like mascara, blushes and lip liners, when it comes to bronzers, I find that they suck and high end is the way to go for most bronzers and contours. I think Fenty do great bronzers, especially with the amazing shade ranges. I think the powder one is more for a warmed toned and bronze look, while the cream one and the matchstick are better for sculpting and contouring as they are more neutral and cool overall
Did you try the Kiko Milano stick bronzer? Think they only have 2 shades but the formula for me is really nice and easy to blend. Doesn't feel sticky either, at least it's my experience with it :)
Can you try the Milani liquid contour that just came to Ulta? They came out with a whole “conceal & perfect face lift collection”. Looks like a drugstore dupe for Charlotte Tilbury. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

I love chanel bronzer I recently discovered and it's not new, huda beauty tantor and I hot hour glass stick foundation in a darker color for bronzing. Love them all
My favourite is the Charlotte tilbury but my close second is the huda tantour in fair. I’m usually your shade, the huda runs dark
I love the wonderstick, but I am absolutely using it as contour not bronzer. I rub it on the brush, then apply to my face.
I find the CT very stiff and by the time it is blended my foundation is fully lifted in that area. It is winter where I live so I wonder if that makes a difference to how emollient the product is. Very frustrating for the price it is, to have such an ordinary result.
My personal faves are Saie and Tom ford
Both more natural but buildable and dry down but not dry if that makes sense!!

I only have 1 cream bronzer and it’s the Nars Laguna in shade 3. With my skin tone, swatching bronzers before I buy it is a must. I can’t speak to the formulas of drugstore ones, because I can’t swatch them. But the Nars? Amazing! Love it. Totally worth the try.
I think the Anastasia one is very high up. Guessing while watching.
I honestly think that to someone who loves light complection and dewy look Makeup by Mario cream bronzer could be the best thing since the sliced bread 😅 I have it and I really love it!!!😁🤌🏻
I enjoy the Yensa cream bronzer! It's so nice! Mine came with a brush as well.

I have this and love it -- very pigmented!
I bought the rare beauty and milk cream bronzer at the same time and I just decluttered the milk one into the trash. The blend ability of the rare one is 1000 times better.
I have a few of your top favs, love the CT, CP & just got the Rare due to your previous recommendations! So good. The first one I tried came in Boxy or Ipsy sub box years ago & was my “gateway” cream bronzer before they were readily available as they are now. It’s by Yensa in Sunlit Glow, it smells lightly like the beach & says it’s a silk bronzing base. Oh it also came with the perfect brush for cream cheek products!
Just like we use the LH Cosmetics Velvet Couture in Orange-Red as blush, I have definitely also used the shades Nougat and Deep Nougat as bronzer 😅😂 (though Deep Nougat borders on being more of a contour shade)

Perfect! I've been hunting for a new bronzer for a while. I love PF Butter Bronzer but I loathe the packaging and I really like Hoola but I get hard pan on it after every use. I got a liquid bronzer by Lumene and it just has zero pigment. I need help
I also love the makeup revolution dewy serum blush, it is really good, pigmented but blendable, dewy but not sticky and it last a lot on my very dry skin, it doesn't happens a lot of the times, my skin "drinks" a lot of cream blushes.
For example, I have the tarte duo and i love the bronzer side but not as much the blush one because it doesn't last on me.

I really like the Em Cosmetics cream Bronzer. I like Terra, but I am very fair. If you ever get to try it, I’d be curious to know where it fits in this ranking.
I like Nars and Huda Tantour but the Huda is a bit red so wouldn’t work for everyone.

I bought the e.l.f. bronzer and blush and tried to use them together and I definitely felt like they were patchy and lifted each other up when I tried to blend. I'd end up with a bare patch in the apple of my cheek smh

I just got the elf putty bronzer but I definitely wanna pick up the Colourpop sol body cream bronzer and a expensive version of cream bronzer I have 1 affordable & 1 high end cream bronzer but I’m cruelty free and vegan so a lot of these bronzers I can’t even use on me bc I know they’re not certified cruelty free but I know some of these brands I can use it’s difficult tho finding a good product 😅

Interesting topic and ranking, even i don't wear cream bronzers so often ( i have 2 , one opened and one as backup in travel size from Milk ) so many rave about the Charlotte Tilbury Wand, E.L.F. , Lys , Make-up by Mario and co. I always look for alternatives and different opinions, because there are definitely a multitude of products and fornulas and we have to give love to all.
Revolution cream bronzer is also pretty good
You probably have tried it but I use the elf putty bronzer with a damp sponge it works better than brush and fingers worth a try if you have not yet 🥰

I like a domed bronzer brush with syntethic bristles, both Sigma & BH cosmetics have good ones :)

I like the Milk bionic bronzer, but it definitely needs the right brush, and the right base. So glad to see the Sol bronzer getting the love it deserves, too!
