A Very Fine and Lovely Performance Brittany! You Honor Joni Well! As a long time Joni fan, a now Brittany fan and guitar player myself I say BRAVO! More! More! Kind Thanks and Many Blessings with Lots of Music! DaveyJO in Pennsylvania
Gosh, thank you so much for listening and for that kind comment! Joni is absolutely the artist who resonates with me most. She is my ultimate songwriting teacher. What's your fav of hers?
Thank you so much for listening! I just love Joni. If you like my sound. I have produced a kids UA-cam series with so many joni-esc songs! Please check out The Moonshadow Show!
Her entire Ladies of the Canyon album. In the 60’s bout maybe 67 I saw her at the Ark in AnnArbor. She was just gaining in popularity. At that time the Ark was in a house so it was very up close and personal. She came out and stole my heart, then she sang and it was❤️. Still is
Wow. I am deeply jealous. Goodness, what luck to see her so up close! She has impacted me more than words can say. I think Hejira is my fav. But I always waffle.
Thank you so much for listening, Brian! My parents actually bought it for me (very lucky!) but I'll tell ya the brand. It's a McSpadden, model SSWW. Good luck!
Thank you so much for listening, Mike! I just released a kids album that is quite folkie and Joni-esc, and great for all ages, honestly. It's a healing set of songs that go to my kids youtube series meant to help heal us all in this broken society. I hope you'll check it out! "Feel At Home - The Moonshadow Show" on spotify and itunes, everywhere.
Thank you so much for listening. It's truly one of my top 5 favorite songs. Joni is my gal. Hello to you in Russia, from an NYC girl living in Washington!
This one. That's what drew me to your cover. Sometimes I'll sing this around the house and I am stunned by its musicality and melody which seems to stand on its own, even without an instrument backing. You did a beautiful rendition!
@@SingwithTeacherBrittany wowwwww Thank you, I just listened to both studio and live with Pat Metheny. First time ever hearing Amelia. I enjoyed that so much this morning, sitting in a cold window with a hot cup of coffee. Thank you again!
@@shawni321 Oh I love that. I honestly love Joni's music more than any other artist. She is my number one, so I'll chat about her works all day. Feel free to check out her most known album "Blue" it went into the rock'n roll hall of fame with only one other female artist for best albums of the 20th century. May you have a good day, Shawni!

Love the slight fluffs....they make music real. I listen to live music to hear the humanity of the player.
Thank you so much for listening! Joni is just the best. What’s your favorite song of hers?
Of all the covers out there and to choose Joni Mitchell takes big nerve. Even more impressive you pulled it off beautifully..
Nice!

Try learning "Lady Jane" by The Rolling Stones. It's a really nice song that has a dulcimer part in it, which was played by the late Brian Jones
Nice! Thank you for watching and for the suggestion!
Whoops accidentally fell in love
;)thanks for listening!
