I didn’t need this info myself, but I still appreciate that you help the rookies :)) Have a magical day and a magical stay in the parks! ✨

Hi Sophie, Super helpful vlog. wow these prices are incredible, thanks for breaking it down for us. I usually have an AP and stay off site, so its a bit cheaper. I do find it frustrating that to get from CDG to DLP is so costly. I always think when it comes to Disney you can either do it quickly OR cheaply but not both. The TGV is quick but expensive, the RER is cheap but takes a while, the magic express does seem to be the happy medium.

You are so right! You cannot get both a cheap and fast mode of transportation! It is one or the other! I do like the Magical Shuttle but it is a shame it doesn't run a little later. On my next trip I am going to use the TGV just because my flight is later in the day, but it will be nice to use the train for a change! How do you find being an annual pass holder? I have been considering one but the recent changes to the benefits did put me off a bit. And I have been lucky with staying during the off season I've been able to get really good prices at the Disneyland hotels which has been lucky! Staying off-site with an AP is the best as you can have such affordable trips!

@@MostMagicalGuides I have definitely used my AP to its advantage in the past. the price of single day tickets compared to AP means I only need to go for three/four days to make it pay for itself, so multiple trips, merchandise and restaurant discounts are all a bonus. the only benifit that has been removed that I miss is you used to get free left luggage. I usually go for the magic plus, so that I still benefit from EMH, I've never used it to get a discount on a Disney hotel though, so not sure of those benefits. And I have yet to use it with the reservation system, so fingers crossed I can get into the park on the days I want.

Very useful vlog, thank you. Just curious as to why you haven’t gone with an annual pass as you seem to visit a lot? I’m planning a trip next year with my kids and can’t decide whether to get passes or not, so would love to hear your opinion.

Thank you so much for watching! Because I usually visit in quieter seasons I tend to get room and ticket packages with Disney very cheaply. So I didn't think about purchasing an annual pass until this year. In fact I was going to purchase one next month! But annoyingly I need to renew my passport later this year and that messed up my plans! So I am thinking about purchasing one next year! The only downside is the prices have just gone up and some of the benefits have been taken away. They review the annual passes in March and October and then implement any changes. So if you have purchased an annual pass and during that year they change the benefits you can end up losing ones that you have paid for which is quite shady! But I do think overall if you visit a lot they are a good option as you can save on food and merchandise and sometimes the hotels too! So I would say if those elements are a big part of your trip and you go a couple of times a year they can definitely be worth it! Even if one person buys an annual pass you can use it to discount the food and purchases for everyone and get cheaper park tickets so that can be a great option! It may be better and cheaper to stay off-site and not at a Disneyland Paris hotel as I have heard people not getting the best rates even with the annual passholder discount which is another thing that can be a bit off putting. In October when they review the annual passes again I hope some of the benefits return and then it will be a great incentive to buy! I was thinking about doing a video all about the pros and cons of annual passes and whether they are worth the cost so if that is something you would like, or you have specific questions for me to answer, let me know and I will do that!

@@MostMagicalGuides thank you for your vlog. Looking at the AP in the Us parks Im not really hopefull they are gonna improve the AP conditions. Im really hesitating about buying an AP this week….I dont know what to do…

@@Bekind817 I definitely think now it is much harder to know whether to invest in an Annual Pass or not as less seems to be offered which is such a shame!

Did you take any cash or is it not worth it anymore?
It's a shame Disney aren't doing free meal plans or free nights/ days at the moment. I know it would of definitely help us as a family of 4

I took 50 euro in cash just as a backup but have been using my credit card which has zero fees for abroad and a good exchange rate. I think card payment is preferred but they will take cash. So I think whatever is preference would be fine!
It is a shame there aren't deals at the moment. They will usually do a winter offer or early booking for 2023 so I hope that they have some of these perks back!
