Hi Rachael, it's always been my understanding that reusing a container is always better for society than having it recycled, which requires use of energy/resources in the factory process of recycling. So please use that lovely jar for a purpose that makes you feel happy and delighted!
Hoard that packaging. I think putting a face cream in it is a fabulous idea.
I use pots like that when I have foundations that I need to mix so that I don’t have mix it every single day or use all that i mixed.
Id save that Chanel pot! Those come in handy for when lotion in pump bottles are almost out and cant be pumped out anymore. Im sure you can find a great way to reuse that lovely container.
If you're worried about having regular or scheduled empties videos you could always do every other month or every season empties! honestly the world has been very upside down all year and panning has been the least of some of our worries so I hope you don't feel any pressure and know that we all understand if things are different x x

I’ve missed these videos so much!! I’m so invested in your repurchases more than anything. I’d love to see these either every other month or every quarter based on the volume you have (though I’d also watch a monthly 3 minute video)

I totally reuse packaging! It’s Chanel girl and most of the price is that glass. Lol reuse it!
I did the same things with my empties when I moved...too much going on with moving to worry about a bag of trash!
I dont know if its because I'm getting older or because of lockdown my preferences have changed massively I no longer love my HG It cosmetics cc cream id never think that I would no longer repurchase! My skin has changed so much now nothing works/looks the same on my skin anymore
Of course, why would any sane person tote trash (aka, "empties" lol) during a move to a new home? Most reasonable people are trying to give away items like clothes, kitchen stuff, beds, dressers and sofas in perfectly good condition so they have less crap to pack, move and unpack!
