Bunnies are the absolute cutest pets ever. I hope that people will start treating them like the wonderful and smart animals they are, educate themselves more, and stop mistreating them 😔
They're so cute! I had two holland lop girls and I loved them dearly. They died last year 11 months apart and I was heart broken. They almost made it to their 7th birthday. I'd like to get two more but I haven't been able to find a breeder in eastern Nebraska. I wish you lived closer I would buy two girls from you. Keep sharing the videos I love watching them.
Im sorry for your loss. If you're looking to get a rabbit you should look at shelters .another option is to maybe go on craigslist (safely) find many rabbits on there that's how i found my lop for free and i saw plenty of breeders on there . just beware of scams.
I'd agree to say adopt if you can! My guy is from the animal shelter; I got him when he was 3 years old, and now he'll be turning 6 in late August. He's such a sweet bunny and I'm so glad to provide him with a better life than he had before. I feed him plenty of hay, limited pellets, and a nice big salad before bed, and he's thriving! Good luck on your search for new bunnies! :) There are plenty in shelters who'd be thrilled to have you look after them!
Ohhh I’m really sorry for your loss. I know it’s hard but stay strong. We lost one of our bunnies too his name was Sam. I know how it feels but remember they’ll always be watching over you and never forget that Rene. 🙂❤️
Sorry for your loss. I got my brown lop Rupert when I was 27... I am 35 now almost 36! He will be NINE years old in September. He is healthy and happy. He has slowed down a bit but they are SO lovie dovie when they get old it's super cute!
I am so sorry for your loss.. I am going through a similar thing as i recently lost my cat, my guinea pigs, and a family member of mine. Loss is hard and i hope things will get better ❤️
I enjoy your “visits” so much. I lost Penelope a broken orange, recently and am heartbroken. I am not ready for another bunny, but your videos have helped so much getting my bunny fix. Thank you. Her best friend, Lillie, a Ragdoll cat, is also still in mourning and she won’t use the toys or houses they shared. Who knew that the other animals would be so sad. We love your bunnies and watch them at least once a day. They make me happy.
😭😭😭 That was the best bunny therapy video ever!! I used to raise various breeds when I was younger on a farm. Now, I'm all old and boring and haven't had a pet since my Shih Tzu died a few years ago. Lops have always been my favorite. Thank you for making this. I may just come full circle and get back into bunnies. It would certainly do my soul good.
I just adopted my first bunny to have as my Best Bunny Friend Forever. Ms Olivia is a 2 month old lionhead and even though it's only been a week since she came to live with me, I am already so in love with her. She warms my heart, makes me laugh, wants to be with me wherever I am and is allready potty trained. Along with all her normal bunny foods, I just purchased all types of healthy greens for her. She comes running when the fridge door is open and even knows where I put her special plate. I had been lonely for so long, but with my little livvy in my life, I have a best friend who is amazing.
That last outtake came out of nowhere. 😂 Also, I was curious if you ever let prospective customers visit to socialize with the baby bunnies before they're old enough to be adopted? It seems like it might help them adapt to a new home if the people are somewhat familiar, but I don't know if other concerns like hygiene or overstimulation/stress would make it impracticable.
Customers can visit prior to making a deposit, but I do not allow social visits due to biosecurity risks (RHDV2) and how time-consuming that would be for me.
@@HooksHollands That makes sense. We have two rabbits (a rescue Mini Rex and a Havana from the county fair) and seeing how sweet and cooperative your buns are made me wonder if ours would be less stressed out by nail trimming and things if they'd met us when they were little. Thanks for the prompt response.
@@Eloraurora Honestly, most rabbits absolutely hate nail trimming (as do I!) and don't like being picked up. Interaction at a young age definitely helps with socialization, but each bunny really does have a unique innate personality...though spaying/neutering can go a long ways in calming a crazy hormonal bunny! :)
Oh my heart! We lost our sweet 8.5 year old French Angora almost a month ago. I was devastated. It happened a girl in my n’hood had to give away all of her bunnies to go away to college. Of course I took one. He’s a 9 week old Lion head. He’s so spunky. I forgot how lively they are as babies. Will always miss my fur baby, but the new one is slowly getting into my heart.
my rabbit got pregnant, she held the little body for about 1-1,5 weeks, she dropped the little body. she was mad a long period after we took the dead body away from her. to this day, she’s still a little touched by it. we eventually got a little baby boy to cheer her up, now she is much happier. the boy is neutered so they can’t get any baby bunnies together.... trust me, you would also die from cuteness if those two cuties got babies together.
we recently got a bunny, (his name is zoom) and he's literally the cutest and most hilarious bunny ever! he sleeps on top of his bed, and loves to play
About a month ago I asked for some advice on how to tell if a rabbit is pregnant... and she was and my rabbit Holly has had 5 beautiful bunnies!! They are now 3 1/2 weeks old and are sooooo adorable 🥰
Look up the Columbia Basin Pygmy Rabbit. They're in danger of becoming extinct so they can't be bred to be pets, but they're absolutely cute and as full grown adults are the size of a grapefruit.
Hi Diane. Another amazing video. Thank you ! Just so you know, our Honey is doing absolutely wonderful. Words truly cannot express how special she is. All my best to you and your family.------Bill
