I swear by my chiropractor for my back which used to give me constant issues. Being in alignment makes a huge difference, then strengthening your core muscles to help keep the alignment in place. Hope you feel better soon. Back pain is no joke.
Stef! I've had back problems for years 🥵 I had a friend tell me to buy a vibrating plate on Amazon (they are around $100+) wow. It really helps. I would suggest one. There is usually some sort of deal on them too.
Hi Stef you should take some Aleve for your back I think it helps better than Advil. I have fibromyalgia. So sorry to hear Rich is losing his job. Will pray for both of you.
Maybe While Rich is looking for a different job, you both could design and build a better dog grooming table for you, at the right height? You really need one badly. Hope your back gets feeling better.

Try laying on an ice pad. I have a big one that I lay on and it does help sometimes. Take care!

My brother broke his back & was hospitalized & they sent him home with a back brace & he says it hurts worse.
Lidocaine patches and a heating pad. On the ⁷ eleven, I think " You have one Job" lol how do you mess that up.
