Thank you so much for taking the time and energy to make this. I suffer from seizures and CPTSD, and when I have my episodes it's so hard to calm myself down. Your videos not only help me to calm down, but to actually feel human again. I don't feel like I'm drowning or losing myself to the world.

Love the dark screen. Some artists do a loop with two viewings- the first time light and the second time dimmed but I’d rather they be in seperate videos if I’m honest. So this is great. If only more people would release at least a dimmed version of the video! Great for putting on to sleep

I just don't understand human trash like that. I know that breakups can be very painful, but I accept them as part of life.. what I can't and will never understand is the reason some people choose the worst possible days to do that. Breaking up with someone who is sick/has a sick relative, or on their birthday, or your anniversary, or valentine's day etc., I just can't understand how people can do that. Few people are actually sadists, yet how else can this be explained. There's just no excuse for hurting someone you spent years with like that. I don't know you and him, but you seem like the better person. All I can say is that time does make such things less hurtful, and most people find closure even and can recall this experience with indifference.. but, that takes time. Immediately and maybe even a few months after such a breakup, it still hurts and people still struggle with it. But it will get better with time, even if it seems hard to believe right now.

I have my driving license exam on Wednesday and even though I'm buzzing for it, because it's such a goal of mine, I am still quite anxious of how wrong it can go... This helped me calm my nerves and remain calm, and have faith in myself. Thank you Steven! :)
