1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs, separated
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 batch whipped cream
2 cups sliced strawberries
Whole strawberries

This was a very very delicious cake omg!!! I normally don't comment, but I just had to say how bomb this recipe is. It had the perfect amount of sweetness, and the cake came out like a pillow. A must try!! 🙌
In Finland, we have our own "holyday" dont know if thats an actual word. 😂 But its called Juhannus or in English, Mid summer, for summer solstice. In my fam, we always make a Pavlova cake, its Meringue and whippedcream and fresh strawberrys! 😍 Its so nice and fresh and summery! ☀️🍓🌼 On that day there is a lot of other traditions too. 😊

OMG!!! Me and 6 wonderful kidsz 🖤 WRECK-IT RALPH. 1 HALLOWEEN ma youngest daughter begged me to dress up as Penelope Von Sweets. & She asked her dad to go as Ralph. She was 1 of tha mean girls. Like she was tha main mean girl. And ma oldest daughter was also 1 of tha mean girls. And ma son was Felix. @ that time ma other 3 kids wasn't even planned yet. Cause that was back n 2015. And I didn't have tha last 3 until 2017 & 2028. I had twins n 2028 that's where I got 6. Sorry got off track. But we really did go all out with dressing me up like her. We even had tha candy n ma hair. LoL. It was one of tha best HALLOWEEN IVE HAD. Even though we were adults. Me and ma Hubby need up goin to a HALLOWEEN party and I got first place for ma costume. Then 1 yr we did Joker & harley quinn even though I was pregnant with ma 4th child. We won again cause they said it was so different 🤣 to see Harley Quinn pregnant by Joker. LoL.
