They sped it up, now it takes substantially less frames to perform actions. Something like that said Tragic from Gunfire. DPS, according to him, should be around a handgun (without the need to reload)
Besides more attacks there's also special traits designed foe the playstyle that aren't just "melee deals x more damage". You have traits/skills of regen health while taking less damage in close range, better stamina regen with melee/ close range, removing equip weight penalty for heavier armor (that you would be using since you're in melee and take more damage than ranged builds) that kind of thing
Neutral dodge retaliation has a new animation and you can aim for weak spots are the two biggest things I have seen. More builds, weapon types and added melee mutators. Class skills work well with it all.
It took my dumbass way too long that the green bar on the hud is the medic's main perk & only shows up for them. I legit spent a half hour on google trying to figure that shit out to no avail. I thought it was xp, shield, i had no clue until I reread my main perk & kinda put 1 & 1 together.
I’ll never understand why charge attacks in games only do double dmg like what’s the point of charging when I could just auto twice to get the same amount of dmg
I read elsewhere that a dev explained that the actual DPS is higher using charge attacks repeatedly compared to spamming regular attacks. This means they they deal double damage, but must take less than twice as long to perform than regular attacks do so they'd be higher total DPS. So then you may be asking, why not just spam charge attacks if they give more total DPS? The answer is that charged attacks deplete your stamina, whereas regular attacks do not (they stop stamina from regenerating while you are swinging a melee weapon but don't make it go any lower). So the real trade off is higher DPS but losing stamina which means you won't have as much stamina to dodge. Thus regular attacks kill slower but are safer by both in giving you more frequent windows in the animations to dodge and the stamina to do so.
@@Rubikant so your sacrificing stamina, safety because you have to stand still like a gobber, chance to be interrupted because it takes time to charge And chance to miss because there’s a chance for the boss to move out the way by the time your done charging just for what double dmg fuck that that charge attack better fucking deal at LEAST TRIPLE DAMAGE!!!

Content creators get review copies and they have been playing it for weeks. Its so reviews can drop right before game goes live. Its very standard practice in the industry.
How is it weird or confusing? Content creators all get a pre build of the game that doesn't contain the day 1 patch but everything else. This allows for reviews to come out about the game to generate interest
Also a little bit of free advertising to help the game catch some traction. Also helps with gamers that may not naturally gravitate toward that game. been that way for about five or more years if not longer.
Content creators get early copies weeks before the release date so they can beat the game and have a review out before release. Some people also manage to get their hands on early copies of the game either by knowing someone at a game store or retailers shopping copies early.

It’s crazy how there are about 15 trait cards with 10 points in each. So that’s about 150 trait points but they only give you 60 so you can only max like 4 it’s so stupid
There may be infinite trait points. Find them. They respawn randomly so far 5 world resets for me. Got about 2 each reset now. I may be wrong that they respawn but there is definitely way more trait points than just what level gives.
I know i found one or two in each playthru and i went thru the same regions several times. The region layouts were different each time. And had different...secrets. the trait points were purple glowy things that seemed to spawn randomly with world reset tho.
Another tip about relic fragments is they are all +4 as there maximum and the highest percentages are 1-2% increase. So for example the melee speed increase is 1.8% making alot of relic fragments useless.
if you want to know the level of the enemies you ar fighting just look at the damn minimap the number right after the place name is the scaled power lever of that place and it is generated to each area when you first enter it so if you are lvl4 and enter a dungeon then the dungeon will be around lvl4 depending on your difficulty setting and that place will then stay as lvl4 place untill you reroll the campaing

fair point, but also it hints you at something that'll get you a boost at the start of a playthrough. Something that could be missed entirely until you're further in the game and any weapons you already have at that point could make it obsolete.

And it deals much higher dmg, so you are not tickling your enemies like how you used to in remnant 1
Neutral dodge retaliation has a new animation and you can aim for weak spots are the two biggest things I have seen. More builds, weapon types and added melee mutators. Class skills work well with it all.
More traits, rings, amulets, skills, synergies, and mods that lend themselves to a melee build.
It took my dumbass way too long that the green bar on the hud is the medic's main perk & only shows up for them. I legit spent a half hour on google trying to figure that shit out to no avail. I thought it was xp, shield, i had no clue until I reread my main perk & kinda put 1 & 1 together.

I started Handler and the automatic sidearm they get is sadly better than that gun :(
People say you can multiclass around 10 but I did it at 7, I don't know what y'all are smoking
Do a cracked rune upgrade itself into a better grade eventually?
hmm.. yes, sometimes. When you loot an upgrade for that rune. but, the sure way is to upgrade it via Vendor
I’ll never understand why charge attacks in games only do double dmg like what’s the point of charging when I could just auto twice to get the same amount of dmg
it should add more stagger
Asking out of pure curiosity here: games like what? The ones at the top of my mind always have some sort of extra effect tied to their charge attacks.
Because it's just doing more dmg? EA day 1. People already complaining about fucking everything that's not even a problematic. Great.
What archetype is that with the green flag?
Melee is .... ok. Its fine except for bosses which you literally cant get close enough to melee. And theres quite a few of those.
Sometimes just start hitting, because staggering the boss can save your life.
What main and secondary class would you recommend for solo player?
Class with doggo for new people to remnant. Then whatever you want. Challenger is also good for starting because both classes have the ability to get back up from a down.
@@davidbrenner5806 Thanks for that. Was thinking of doggo or medic with Challenger.
@@MrBonito22 Medic can carry you through alot of areas but don't rely on it as most bosses punish you hard for standing in one spot.
Challenger is great in general as it lets you wear heavier armour & go dowe once for free.
Handler is okay for solo, yes the dog can help you but it also can get in the road & if it goes down you lose 80% of the classes benefits.
Hunter is good as it lets you do more dmg & see enemies through walls.

Early access hasn't even opened up and y'all got build vids out already. Definitely dig the grindset but let me actually play the game first lol
It's what killed diablo the builds
Thanks for this 😊
I wish i know that if the power cut oof when u in the game the whole save will be delete so that i will not play and delete my 50 hours of my gameplay
I’ve always thought that this is a weird system. The early access doesnt go live until tonight but people have already beaten it…
Walmart
I actually unlocked multiclassing at archetype level 7, dunno if this is for everyone tho
I'm lvl 8, I see an empty 2nd archetype slot but don't know how to slot anything in there.
It’s either by lvl 10 or spending 10 trait points. Happens at whichever condition is met first :)
@@kylebox14 well thats handy to know!
@nyrva2876 specific merchants in ward sell something that is labeled as a crafting item. Take it to Wallace.
Thanks for the rundown
For passive perks on classes, do you get to use all from your primary class and also your secondary class, because I’m seeing people say you get to run both classes but not the prime perk from the secondary and also you can only have 1 of 2 damage perks and etc for team, utility and relic.
First slot has prime perk. Other then that you get everything from both classes.

how does co-op work in this game?
3 players at the same time going through the game. You all can play and beat the game together. Like division 2.

Play it on a Lenovo Legion Slim7!
This is the only game that does!
Also play D4 and Baldursgate3 on it!
Without any problems!
Already followed all the steps on UA-cam!
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks man great vid🫶🏼
Things we wish we knew earlier! Brotherman the game just released chill
Melee builds where powerful last game too
Hate it how they don't be dropping us enough ammo to smoke bosses ammo be running out quick asf and you have to deal with melee
Buy ammo reserve boxes, that’s what their for
Pick a weapon, keep upgrading it, buy ammo boxes, use them between battles. Deaths usually occur when youre cornered and out of ammo.
I must be crap... I can't even defeat Faerin!
Another tip about relic fragments is they are all +4 as there maximum and the highest percentages are 1-2% increase.
So for example the melee speed increase is 1.8% making alot of relic fragments useless.
Mp60r is bugged on my game
The game just came out… why would we want to know everything before we even play? I’d rather not know any of this 😂
Thank u
if you want to know the level of the enemies you ar fighting just look at the damn minimap the number right after the place name is the scaled power lever of that place and it is generated to each area when you first enter it so if you are lvl4 and enter a dungeon then the dungeon will be around lvl4 depending on your difficulty setting and that place will then stay as lvl4 place untill you reroll the campaing
No in game chat is what makes co-op player games fun. That sucks and is a deal breaker for me
Wish they dropped more ammo
There is a ring that makes stuff drop more ammo. Also the hunter perk if you roll that class.
Melee doesnt even register half the time
Big tip is that the melee really relies on your reticle. Though the animation may swing through an enemy, it won't really register unless you are "aiming" at the enemy.

gonna be honest, for the pc players with a 1000 euro pc, dont get it. i litterly had to play on low settings with 30 fps. i can play battlefield on normal / high...
this helped me out a lot.
I loathe games where the enemies scale with you. Too many games do that lately, and that was my sign to skip this game.
Only thing i need to know have they fixed the controls from the first one so it doesnt make you melee instead of shoot when an enemy is close as if not solid pass for me ruined the first game for me just because of that one thing and you couldnt change control binds
I've never had that happen ??
You need to aim in order to shoot. Pulling the trigger without aiming will always result in a melee attack.
Yes I have hundreds of hours in the first game and I have never had to deal with that. Are you hitting multiple buttons at the same time or something? Aim and shoot. Super simple
Never had a problem with that
Not a fan of tip one. Spoiling a puzzle like that early isn't the kind of tip I watch these videos for.
fair point, but also it hints you at something that'll get you a boost at the start of a playthrough. Something that could be missed entirely until you're further in the game and any weapons you already have at that point could make it obsolete.
It's actually the reason I watch these type of videos.
To be fair man if you're not wanting to be spoiled why are you watching videos of the game? You're going to see things in every single video that spoils something. I never understood why people complain about spoiling things and video games when you literally have to press play on the video. It's not the video makers fault it's yours
@@RobK-rl6sn they complain for the same reason your ass is complaining.

1) It's not a "looter shooter", you pick up unique items, they aren't randomly generated, just like in Dark Souls

3) Not everything needs to be a live service
