I've never heard a band that can squeeze life out of their old songs over and over again, and I still get excited about it. Demon Hunter just has that ability.
Completely agree! My dear friend told me about their new album tonight. I downloaded it on Spotify immediately. Within minutes, the tears were flowing. Their music NEVER gets stale. That is a God-given gift to this dark world.
My 3 sons sang and played this song at their oldest brother's memorial. That was almost 3 years ago now. I listen to this song all the time now. It never gets easier, but it makes me feel closer.
This is my son's favorite song. He's only 6, but when I'm working out, he'll stop playing and come sit to listen. Usually a top request album on road trips also. This album was killer overall.

This guy's voice. I can't get over it. I can tell he's had a hell of a past but he shows it through song and it's beautiful.
This band not only changed MY life but also changed my dad's as well. I would call their work "legendary," "terrific," or "awesome," but those words just aren't good enough to explain how amazing they are. Cannot wait to see what they do next.

Sounds great. I've been listening since summer of darkness and I still listen every day. I can never get sick of them. They keep revisiting old songs in New ways too. It's just great.
Same here. My cousin conned me into driving him to the Summer of Darkness tour concert and I've been hooked ever since. I'v managed to see them 5 times in concert over the years, great show every time.

Introduced my older brother to this band when I was a lot younger. He got to hear this song before he passed, also requested this song to be played at his funeral. Brings a tear to my eye each time I hear it, not only because of him, but the song is so beautiful, such a deep and meaningful song. I can only hope others find this band and their music speaks to them like did my brother and still does to me.
